I'm so pleased that you are all enjoying the photos , it's one of the nicest things about gardening , when you know the sight you have created has pleased someone else . As I live on a council estate ( and on route to the main shops ) there are a lot of passers by , people often stop to say how lovely the front garden looks and I always reply that I'm pleased it has been enjoyed by them : ))
Persey , I'm sure that once you start to get back into your garden it will soon take shape : )

OH is stating the off to bed routine so I had better be off .

I'm not too sure that I know how to use FB properly. I often speak to my dtr about something on my FB page and she says she can't see it without becoming a friend of that person, yet they are all mixed in together for me to see and it confuses me at times.

Perse - did you have to mention bacon buttie? I've not long had my breadfast of cereal, skim milk and banana and a coffee. That's all I'm allowed - and you mention bacon buttie!


I will be going back to FB to see who else I can find.

Maybe it's because I usually eat my tea late at night, better that than a pig,

I had my tea earlier today as eating so late isn't good for you, food just lie's there and show's on the waist line.

Sorry luv not at all Diane - you have said that you have just eaten a bacon buttie in the past and I always think at the time hmmmmmm... scrumptious.

So I have just made a bacon buttie and guess who has appeared on the scene... luckily I left him some bacon.

No Linda when I think of you, I think of a doting grandmother, cleaning & polishing , allotments, touring around, selling icecreams at the picture theatre etc etc and of you doing quilting etc etc and my head spins around trying to think how do you do it all and I would need more than a glass of wine just to take it all in.

Hi Tec, sorry hun I got sidetracked by what Perse said,
I was quite busy in work today Tec helping employer's mum prepare a room to be decorated, had to wash down the paint work and clear the room, she is having 5 room's done just all the wall's and door, doorframe and skirting board's all repainted.

Sorry Berona!! Though there is one thing I like better and that is a bacon and chip buttie. We had fish and chips when we were out yesterday... fairly rare for us - well he had fish and I had a delicious paua fritter - I prefer them as they are not battered and I only eat about five chips to go with it.

Now back to where I left off with the cleaning yesterday. Bah Humbug.

Perse I forgot about that hun, I remember you saying at the time you fancied one after I had posted about it. Today I had one of my many dinner's that I get from employer's mum, ( she alway's cook's 3 ) so that mean's I have a meal to bring home the next day, today it was quiche,pea's and potatoe's.
