Bottoms up. Here's to the new arrival Bella and to her parents, Luke and Charlotte and especially to the grandma because without knowing her we wouldn't be indulging ourselves in such an enjoyable pastime.

Meanwhile, I hope Bella's parents get as much sleep as they can because they may be needing it.

Cheers !!!!

I gotta go now. Things to do then down to Cairns, (about 45 klms and 40min drive away) to do my grocery shopping.

Love to all. Have a great day.

Pam.

I think Eroica is a lovely name. I wonder if it's pronounced as it's spelt.

Here is a link to my facebook album

That champagne is going to my head and I need to go shopping before long. Just a small one next time please.

Bye Pam and cheer's, enjoy your shopping.

Thank's Tec you saved me a job of doing the search, I just surmised it was welsh her being from wales and it being an unusual name, just show's how wrong you can be.

Berona .... the new Dad is at home in their flat and the new Mum is still in the hospital with baby at the moment so hopefully at least one of them will be getting a good nights sleep .

Sue .....yes , I think my son will be a hands on Dad , he has had three Nephew / nieces to practice on but I think he has managed to avoid nappies so far , he will soon learn ....lol , He has two weeks off work so he has a good chance to get in there and get involved : ))

Pam,
Have a good day shopping, hope it's pain free for you:))

Di,
A good tree find there ,didn't think the name was Welsh but Tec beat me to it.lol

Sue,
I'm not on FB but just had a look at your link, smashing photo, no wonder you had compliments:)

Hi Berona,
It's strange that some youngsters are afraid of puters, glad your g, son is getting into it now

Tec,
Have you been for your late night stroll with Ianto yet ?
I am still wanting another dog, but when I was out walking this morning I met a few friends with their dogs, who all had dirty muddy paws and had second thoughts just having a new carpet, unless I have a little dog..:))))

Amanda,
I'm sure your son will be a wonderful hands on dad.

I was reading some interesting new research about new dads. They have measured the hormone levels in new mums and found a rise in a couple of them, which have physical reasons, but they are also linked to the bonding process.
They have tested new dads and found that those who are really hands on,also have the same rise in these hormones, although they can't have the same physical reasons, no milk production for instance. These hormones actually alter some of the physical pathways in the brain and make the father really bond with the child. Fathers who are not hands on in the first month or so, don't have the rise in the hormones and are observed not to interact much with the child as it gets older, so get your son changing those nappies Amanda

Yes Sandie - I've been for my moonlit walk with Ianto - he has been in and out like a yo yo tonight, keeps looking for the hedgehog he discovered last night - doesn't bother it, just stands and looks with his tail wagging.

Well I really must be off to bed.
Enjoy your day everyone Down Under,
and all who are left Up Top sleep well - keep warm.

Goodnight - Nos da,
Tec.
