Perse ....... sorted sounds ok to me but I'll probably deny it later .....lol

Anniversaries are odd things , on new years day I'll have been with my OH for 19 years but as we never tied " the knot " I suppose it doesn't count ? I did say perhaps we ought to get married when we get to out 25th.

I'm off to bed now so goodnight all and wishing all you up toppers a good day .

SueMaid

SueMaid Report 7 Dec 2010 23:29

Thank you Tec - of course I'd have got less if I'd murdered my OH:-))

I never win arguments either Amanda - I've learned to stay quiet and stay out of all arguments if at all possible.

We were also told our marriage wouldn't last because I was only 19 and my dad said I was more interested in pop stars and romance books than housework:-))

Of course it counts Amanda - 19 years is 19 years - well done.
Married on the 25th anniversary would be brilliant, great to do things your way - why follow convention?

Tec.

SueMaid Report 7 Dec 2010 23:31

Sleep tight Brits and keep warm. A good day to my Aussie and Kiwi friends.

Hello friends - hope you are all warm and well.

Amanda - 19 years together is great. It would be lovely to marry on your 25th but are you sure he's your type? lol

Sandie - you always come on too late:-( Still it's good to 'see' you.

Looks like more rain here today. Shouldn't complain. So much damage in other areas.

Good Morning Sue,

"Happy Anniversary" to you both.

Are you doing anything special today? I hope the ewather cheers up for you.
Still bitterly cold here, supposed to be a thaw this weekend, then returning to Arctic conditions next week - looks like a long winter ahead.

Tec.....9-23pm.

Berona Report 8 Dec 2010 21:51

Good morning and evening to all. Another hot one coming up here and sprinkling.

Sue - A very happy anniversary to you both!

Tec - I think Sue would be great in Cell Block H (or Prisoner, as it was here) - she and Bea would be a great pair to keep 'Vinegar T**s" in her place.

SueMaid Report 8 Dec 2010 21:52

Hello Tec - thank you. We are going to go out for a nice lunch.

It is now pouring down with rain here - I knew it would be. It's still warm and very muggy. Whine whine:-))

Good morning Sue, congratulations on your anniversary. The rain doesn't matter, unless your idea of a nice lunch is a barbie of course

SueMaid

SueMaid Report 8 Dec 2010 22:10

No - my idea of a nice lunch is in a seafood restaurant in our harbour. Doesn't matter if it rains - the harbour looks good in all weather.

I think I'd be good in Prisoner too Berona.

LindainHerriotCountry Report 8 Dec 2010 22:16

That looks an interesting place Sue. I love seafood, so if it wasn't a romantic occasion, I would come with you

Berona

Berona Report 8 Dec 2010 22:19

Hope you have a nice lunch, Sue. I enjoyed lunch yesterday with my former neighbours - and looking across at my home of 45 years.
I enjoyed catching up on who has moved away and how much traffic has increased in the street but I wasn't very impressed with what the new owners have done with my old home. Still - it's theirs now and if they want to decorate the front of it with their wheelie bins and boxes, that's their business.

LindainHerriotCountry

LindainHerriotCountry Report 8 Dec 2010 22:21

Oh dear Berona, that doesn't sound good. When I went back and saw my last house, they had put new windows in and it actually looked better

SueMaid

SueMaid Report 8 Dec 2010 22:24

I don't think I could bear to go near my house if I moved away. I love the garden and if it was changed I'd be very upset:-))

I'm glad you had a lovely lunch - it's always nice to catch up.

How about instead of the calendar we start a new prison telly program. GR Prisoners lol Of course that may dash Tec's hopes of an exciting photo shoot.

I have never watched prisoner cell block h, or whatever it is called,so I don't know about it. I don't think Tec would be pleased though and I had my hair cut today,so I would look smart for the photo

SueMaid

SueMaid Report 8 Dec 2010 22:35

Tec will definately not be pleased - unless he likes women in uniform:-))

Tecwyn Report 8 Dec 2010 22:45

Good Morning Berona,
Good Evening Linda,

Hope you enjoy your anniversary lunch Sue, even if it is raining.
Great idea about the GR Prison - I could build such a drama around that, looking around the boards, all the characters are there lol.

Linda I hope the haircut is turning heads, but the pose I have planned for you on the calendar no one will see your hair as you will be wearing a hard hat lol.

Berona, Glad you enjoyed your day with your former neighbours. We have a former neighbour who sends a Christmas card every year. She encloses a diary of events about the neighbours and it's always hilarious. She has the same manic sense of humour as me, can't wait for this years.

Tec...........10-45pm
