They do indeed bluster

My daughter only had her twenty week scan yesterday,so the baby is only half baked. They haven't thought about names at all.

It is always annoying when you are stuck in the house all day because of rain, but it is needed sometimes, better than having a drought I suppose.

The last few days have been lovely and sunny here, but really cold at the same time. This morning, it is just grey and overcast, a pretty miserable looking day really.

I hope it doesn't rain because this afternoon we are planning on going to my mothers house. I was there yesterday, showing someone round and noticed that some of the pointing had fallen of the edge of roof. OH is going to replace it this afternoon. Luckily it is low down,so he can get to it easily

Linda...Ive been spending most of the day on the computer, Ive found a good site.
While looking through it I found my grandparents burials, so Ive added the details to my tree.

Hey Carole! What's happening down there? We are getting reports of wild freak storms. No wonder you have been housebound!

It's flooding in Queensland too - and not a drop here in between! I think the rain distribution centre needs new management! Oh well, I suppose we can be thankful that we are not hearing about any fires!

We have had hail the size of tennis balls in Melbourne, its crazy!!!

With the weather behaving like it has been, the temp is probably near 40 in Tassie!

My 'professor of endocrinology' decided not to make any changes. He said my ECG seems to be "jumping around a bit". Now, I like them to use layman's terms - but what did that mean?
He said it's nothing to worry about and rang a Cardiologist while I was there to see if I should go to see him. Even though he was told "NO", he still decided to send me anyway - "just to make sure it wasn't that which caused the problem with the legs". So that's another trip I have to make in a couple of weeks. I suppose it will be peace of mind, but I inwardly groaned at the idea of seeing another specialist when I feel fine! He then said he will see me in two months' time - and wants another BT done for that!
I wouldn't mind if all of these tests and visits could be done on the same day and at the same place - but that's not possible. Do they realise how much they make us run around?

I think they just do it to make themselves seem important Berona.

At least he hasn't messed with your tablets.

I need everyone to keep everything crossed because the people I showed round my mothers house yesterday are coming back for a second viewing today. They seemed keen yesterday. Unfortunately, it is Saturday,so the neighbours will be in. The people commented yesterday how quiet it was, but It won't be like that today. we shall just have to wait and hope.
