Good morning/evening everyone. The rain forecast for yesterday didn't happen again. A couple of faint spots on the windscreen when I went out, but they dried without help. Forecast again for to-day, but so far, the sun is shining.

Please don't talk about Sue being Mother and ages in the same sentence. I'm already Tec's big sister - I'm now feeling a bit scary!

Linda - glad the antibiotics have kicked in. Take the full supply. So many people only take them until they begin to feel better and keep the remainder for 'next time'. It doesn't usually work and the infection comes back. If the doc prescribes a certain amount - that's how much he means for you to take! I hope you continue to improve.

Went to our Owners' Corpn. AGM last night and found myself back on the executive committee again for another year. I wasn't really fussed about it. Either I go on the committee and have a say in dealing with any complaints - or I stay off it - and probably become the biggest 'complainant' of all!
The five of us who comprise the committee, all talk by email - we never have a meeting. If asked for direction by our Strata manager, we discuss it and vote by email and one elected 'messenger' answers from the 'majority'. It means we don't have to give up our time (or get off our butts) to handle all issues that arise. I like it that way because I can speak my mind better in my emails. I'm not completely comfortable speaking at meetings - I don't seem to say exactly what I mean, so the emails are better for me.

Oops - Sorry Linda - and so early in the day for me too! I don't usually make my mistakes this early! Maybe I should go back to bed and get up again!

Just going back to bed and having a long lazy morning sounds nice Berona.
In fact that is such a good idea that I am going to take to my bed now and rest my poor old back

What happened to Sue and CC? Are you still with us? or have you gone and left me with the boys again? Notice how 'sweet' they are when you're around, Sue? You have a calming influence on them - although I haven't checked the other sites yet - I came straight into this one and took a long time to catch up (after taking more than an hour for my computer to boot up, die, and boot up again!).
So far, I'm not having a very successful day!
