Susan with Numbers,

Sanity Clause is a jolly, portly chap who delivers presents to all the good little children at Christmas.

Hi Persey and all:-))

Perse, you left off the t'nicht. I'm a'richt, ye ken.
But, I can only say - Its a beautiful bright moonlight night tonight in English not in Scots:-( I can read it weel enough, ye ken:-))
My mouse has a red light, too!

Its another beautiful day here today - sunny and warm:-)

Sue, sorry to hear your little man is unwell, I hope he gets well soon - hugs for you and his mum xx

Keep smiling and stay always beautiful:-)

Carole xx

Hello Carole - another beautiful and very warm day here too.....My mouse has a red light underneath - and a green button which I have never been able to find out anything about! I still don't know what a dongle is. Didn't like to ask!

John - don't be frightened away. If the Ashfield you spoke about is the Sydney suburb, we might be able to help you. I'm in Sydney.

On reading the posts which were being submitted when you joined us - you must think we are 'nuts'! If you only knew how old we all are, you would change that to 'senile'!

Sydneybloke Report 16 Mar 2010 07:04

Hello Berona and anyone else on here (too early for top siders, surely),. My mouse has a red light. Perhaps Tec has a super duper new type, a bit like Blu-Ray DVDs, On the other hand my USB hub and the power cable have blue lights.
I generally read this thread, even if it's hard to keep up. Don't post here much since my bruising last year.
Sally, may I add my welcome. I am in the Ryde area. John, also welcome. I think your Ashfield is the UK one, not the Sydney suburb? Many many Sydney suburbs duplicate London ones, or towns in the U.K., for example my own area of Ryde. My train trip home from work goes through Stanmore, Petersham, Lewisham and Ashfield among others. There is also a Liverpool in the Sydney area but no Manchester (as far as I know, except in the shops). We also have a city called Newcastle about 160 km away.
Rave on ... but welcome anyway.

Good afternoon Berona, Carole, and Colin

Well a cooler day here, but still no rain.

My mouse is actually blue and red, heaven knows how!

Sally, if you are looking in, I'm also an ex-pom who came over in 1982 with my wife, and then, young family: one of each!

Allan still no rain here either what a surprise !!!!

We have just started the training nights for the AFL season so I am back to Taxi mum again. 4 nights a week and the games are on Sat and Sun. I think the times may be a little later this year so I may get a sleep in !

Hope everyone is okay ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ to all..

Hi all, off to work this morning - very yukky!

Happy birthday Allan.....where do you hail from? We came to live here in 1996.

Sydneybloke - Ryde not far at all, lovely day today! It does make me smile when I see the town names, also a Cardiff near Newcastle x

Good Morning Sue, and Sally,

Enjoy your day Sally,

Sue......How is the little man today? better I hope.

Yes, I hope to run the bar again, got lots of Allans favourite tipple in as it's his birthday.
I would be delighted to dance with you again, pleased to know that the red dancing shoes survived, and that your toes have recovered from last time - you are indeed one brave lady.

Tec - it was pleasure dancing with you at Diane's party although I did have to buy new dancing shoes:-))

The little fellow still isn't as well as we would like him to be. He is with me today so we'll have a quiet day while his mum and stepdad go to work. He would normally be at preschool but he's not well enough and I would love to spend the day with him. At least he didn't end up in hospital again last night.

Happy birthday Allan. I have been round the neighbourhood stealing all the wheelie bins so Allan can have lots of guests.
I am glad your grandson is a bit better today Sue,I am sure that he will enjoy being spoilt by you all day.

Tecwyn Report 16 Mar 2010 21:04

Sorry about the shoes Sue, but happy to donate $100 towards them as it was me who stomped all over them.............

Pleased to know the little man is better than he was, and I'm sure a day being spoilt by Grandma will help him to a full recovery.
I hope he knows how to keep Grandma quiet! :)))

Good morning/evening everybody

Many thanks for the Birthday greetings :0))

Linda the wheelie bins are arriving as fast as their little wheels will let them.

Tec thanks for laying in a stock of my favourite tipple: do you have any of my favourite deluge?

Sally, I'm originally from Manchester but moved around the country (North) because of my job. I used to be a burglar and petty larcenist. I spent the five years prior to coming out to Oz in Cleethorpes, as that is where the cops finally found me :0))

Sue I'm glad that the little 'un is on the mend

CC your cake is in the post: by some miracle I have found another 1 cent stamp so the cake should arrive at the same time as Berona receives her flowers!
