Good Morning Carole,

Good to see you bring a little sanity to the thread, though I am sorry to hear the little guy is poorly. Maybe a bug that will pass quickly hopefully.

How are you getting on with Lecacy - I've tried three times to install it, without success. It downloads, but won't install - so I don't get as far as using the password they give - very frustrating.
My next door neighbour who is far cleverer than me is going to have a go for me.

Hello there Berona,
Did you sleep well last night? no late phone calls!

Hello Carole

Sorry to hear about your little man. Let's hope that he is soon well.

See Berona, even would-be world dictators can show sympathy!

Morning Allan, and Tec.

How are you both?

The little guy will be fine, he's sitting watching the Simpsons on the couch all snuggled in his blanket:-)

Well all, it looks like this rain is the real deal.

It has been raining steadily for a little while now and I can't see over the Estuary.

Carole - these 'bugs' seem to be everywhere attacking the youngsters. My 6yo had all of last week off - couldn't eat, high temps. etc. Still don't know what it was but he has gone back to school to-day all OK again. Hope it passes over for your lad soon too.

Allan - I hope your moustache is a big one and not one of those little toothbrush types! You don't scare me now. I'm about to launch onto a movie career as the damsel in distress - just ask Tec - he's writing the script.

Allan, glad you have rain, how long has it been raining for?

Miss Piggy Berona??

I rather see you popping up out of the Wheelie Bin like Marilyn did when she popped out of the Presidents birthday cake singing "Happy Birthday to You"

I'll buy you that dress.

Berona, my OH, my oldest and my daughter had it last week, but nowhere near as sick as my youngest last night.
He looks a little better this morning:-) He needs some of Mums TLC!!!!

Real rain, Allan? What's that? Not sure of yesterday's temp. but it was over 30 again. To-day has been dull, with no signs of blue but the sun is breaking through again.
Once you get enough rain, send some over here, will you?

Allan

Allan Report 21 Mar 2010 23:14

Carole for a couple of hours now and look set to continue.

Thunderstorms are forecast for today and tomorrow with follow-up rain for Wednesday.

The problem has been that rain has been forecast many times but has never eventuated, so this rain at the moment is much needed and appreciated.

Berona, I see no need for a moustache: when I sneer I want the whole world to see, and tremble in fear!

Actually that was quite poetic!

Just clarifying "my 6yo" Carole. That's my grandson. It's been a while since I had a 6yo of my own!

Allan, You should strip off and run about in the rain to celebrate - don't mind the neighbours - they won't mind you.

Carole, I'm fine thanks, nearly bedtime, so I'm flagging a bit.

Well, I have a date with the treadmill. I'll leave you all for now. Tec - if you can't get Mel or Russell for the lead role - the young doctor in 'House' or the 'Mentalist' will do nicely - a little on the young side, but all four are nice boys - must be because of their origins!

Good night to those thinking of retiring - have a nice day to the others. Allan - you can have a rest from the garden work - can't work in the rain, can you?

Carolee

Carolee Report 21 Mar 2010 23:20

I hope your rain continues, Allan:-))

Berona, I knew what you meant, they do grow up pretty fast though!!!!

How are you Tec? we've not spoken for a while, we pass like ships in the night:-) How is the Duchess?

Berona, the best I can do about sending the rain over would be to email you a photo of it!

Have a great day

The Duchess is fine at the moment, thanks for asking. We are looking forward to summer, and hopefully some nice weather.
Costing a fortune to heat the house through the winter, so some warmth would be nice.
