There - I knew they would sneak in while I was typing!
Good evening/morning boys!

Naturally I have tried strawberries with a chocolate fountain, what woman hasn't.

Good evening gentlemen

I have been reading Eldrick's threads on his Easter Ghost Story - he is up to part 3 - I must say they are very good and I especially liked part 3 -
I thought of you Tec when I read it.
Eldrick has a bit of a talent there.

Good Morning Berona,
What do you think of Sue - sneaking off on the cruise without us.
Never mind - she'll be tired of rowing before they're out of the harbour.

Tec.

Good morning Tec and Miss Berona

Berona, I don't think that anyone has yet noticed that the strawberries were really gooseberries painted red.

That shows how much everyone drank

Allan - I just signed out and signed in again (UK), and I now have a name. It says "Hello Berona". However, I still only see 'Standard Member' under the Friends banner.

Now look here Tec - I've administered this thread for months. Over 1000 pages and 15,000 posts. Surely you wouldn't begrudge me a holiday. Actually I thought you could all donate some money towards my drinks and gifts bill - just a thought:-))

Oh and hello, Allan and Berona:-))

Mine just has my name under the Friends banner - I don't have a hello - am probably not worth having a conversation with. They are more than likely sick of my complaints.
They can't send me to the norty step but they can turn their backs on me.

Berona, I had my name before standard member this afternoon, but it has gone again

Gooseberries Allan? Maybe that is why the Champagne bubbles stuck so well, they were caught on the hairs

Persephone

Persephone Report 24 Mar 2010 21:30

Can I claim it back from the Inland Revenue Department Sue?

I don't want to be paying gift duty as well.

Gosh what is the thread coming to - asking for donations? The Telemarketer will be on the phone next.

Good Morning Allan,

Allan - Coming on a cruise?......

Think of the chaos we could create on that ship - then we could announce we were friends of Sue.

Not that we would want to embarrass her or anything.

Tec.

Persephone

Persephone Report 24 Mar 2010 21:31

Oh I thought Allan meant the other gooseberries Linda. Not the fuzzy Kiwifruit ones.

Tec you will be playing Gooseberry if you go with Sue and the man in her life.

Berona

Berona Report 24 Mar 2010 21:32

Sue will never make it, Tec, if she has to row. It's always too rough for that there. I've been in a ski boat on a very 'calm' day near the bridge and once was enough for me. A ferry is the smallest vessel I'll travel in around that area!

Allan

Allan Report 24 Mar 2010 21:35

Tec, I'll forego the cruise.

The last time I went cruising I got arrested!

Well it was in Perth's Red Light District!! :0))

Persey, the European gooseberry, to which I was referring, also has hairs on it.

In the words of one song "It's only the hairs on a gooseberry that stops it from being a grape"
