Hello Sue, do I need to duck?

SueMaid

SueMaid Report 25 Mar 2010 21:07

No Linda - you are safe now. My thoughts of violence rarely last very long:-)) How has your day been?

You poor, weak little thing. I prescribe tea and toast, a warm blanket and a good book.

Yuk, I detest tea. I haven't drunk it since I was little. I only drink coffee, butthe rest sounds fine

Good morning/evening all

Sue, I love the retarded story!

Depending on how I feel we will be going to a car-park sale at a Nursery about 35 kms from here. It is only on for three days, but tomorrow other half has choir practice for most of the morning and on Sunday, in the same area as the Nursery there is to be a Farmers' Market so it will be very busy.

Also depending on how I feel I have to go to a funeral at 1.00pm.

Now don't be alarmed by the two statements in that last sentence as I at least do have a choice of attending this one or not

Ultimately I will have to attend one and there will be no choice!

Good evening all. Good morning to those on my side of the world.
I thought I was up to date, but found you were chatting while I was catching up on recorded TV programs! I always seem to be 'catching up' on something! How did I ever find time to go to work?

Beautiful morning here at the moment, but forecast for Sydney is 29 - 35 and I'm usually on the top end of that, so it means I have to get a few things done early before it gets too hot!

That old lady mentioned before, seems to be living at my place these days. I can avoid her when I look in the mirror, if I just look up to make sure her hair is looking right - I can avoid looking at her face and her shape and I don't mind her jumping in front of me then. She is very annoying and won't let me see myself at all, because she is twice as wide as I am and hides me completely!

I don't drink tea very often - much prefer coffee.

I going off for about 20 minutes - see you when I get back.

Good morning Berona and Allan.

I hope that you are feeling better today Allan, you sounded like a poorly little boy last night.

Isn't it odd Berona how we all seem to have a strange old woman living with us

Allan

Allan Report 25 Mar 2010 21:37

Good morning Berona, Good evening Linda

I have a strange old woman living with me.....I refer to her as my OH :0))

Hello, Berona and Allan. Hope you're feeling better today.

I don't have an old lady living with me. I get annoyed with OH because I think he's got a young, slim, very attractive woman hiding in our house. I do catch a glimpse of her when I least expect it:-))

Goodmorning Sue,

Did you inherit those Mirrors, or retrive them from the set of 'Snow White'?? :0))

Tecwyn Report 25 Mar 2010 21:55

Good Morning/Evening,
Sue, Linda,Berona, Allan.

May I suggest that all you people with strange old ladies lurking in your houses, or even young attractive ones, remove all the mirrors from the walls, then they wouldn't trouble you.

It has been pouring with rain here for hours, and the weatherman said that next week we may have snow again - I thought Spring had sprung.

Good evening Tec,

It sounds like the sky has sprung a leek!

Hi Allan,

Wales is one big leek.

Allan

Allan Report 25 Mar 2010 22:08

Tec, a very ancient schoolboy joke (the schoolboy is not ancient, but you get my drift)

Why can't you cook in Wales?

Because all the pans have leeks in them!

Not on of the most edifying of jokes, I know!

Remove the mirrors? What a strange idea Tec, How on earth would we preen?

Tecwyn

We'll let you off that corny Joke Allan, as you do tell some good ones at times.
