Not everyone Linda - in fact we even have plastic drinking ware with the bananas in pyjamas etc on them. But for wine we definitely do - Got to be careful with you don't want you getting quilticated yet again. |

Not quite that flexible yet, Tec. I was surprised though at how easy I found most of the poses considering it's a few years since I did yoga. The young girl who took us for the class warmed us up very well so this morning I don't feel sore. The best bit was the relaxation session - I nearly fell asleep:-)) |

I can sit on the floor with the flat soles of my feet together and my knees touch the floor no problem. I used to do that at an exercise class and all the other mums would be trying to push their knees to the floor. |

I have never tried Yoga, but I know many people who have and they claim good things for it. |

It's so much easier than working out at a gym. Because you move slowly it is so much gentler than lifting weights etc. Not that I'm having a go at gyms but they're not for me. The thing with yoga is that it's bone strengthening and that appeals to me. |

Perse, Being a simple soul - a plain round good old fashioned jam doughnut would be nice. If you wish to indulge me, could it be slightly warmed, but not too much in case I burn my tongue on the jam. |
