Hi Berona - hope you feel well this morning. It's miserable here and we're expecting rain. OH has to go to a football game but I'm staying home indoors.

My OH feels guilty if he has a lie-in and I always tell him that he's retired now. Unless there's somewhere to go there's no reason why he has to get up so early. Although I'm an early riser I find myself staying in bed a little later on cold mornings.

The wind has really picked up again and the sky in the west is looking quite vivid.

Thunderstorms are forecast for today and tomorrow easing to showers for the rest of the week!

I didn't go well in last night's lotto, which is just as well as I found out that the Jackpot Draw is next Saturday not yesterday as I put on the thread!!

Not a great outlook. I can't remember the last time we had thunderstorms. I hope your weather isn't damaging.

Allan - the charts don't show that where I am, must be in some kind of trough, as far as weather goes. I am between Parramatta and Blacktown (have often done my shopping in either of them) and yet, the weather here can be different from both of them - but we are still classed as part of Sydney. Our temperatures can be anything from the same to a difference of about 3 degrees - and up to 5 in summer because we are inland, and Sydney City is on the coast. I am about 18-20 miles from the Bridge, but we can see it from high ground.

Sue, I've just reread my post about the garden pics.

You will be included in the distribution, but I didn't make that clear. :0((

Berona, there is a weather station in Bunbury but we are classified as the South-West Land division, which stretches from Geraldton down to Albany, a massive area, so sometimes we can have completely different weather patterns.

This year, Perth has had more severe storms than we have experienced in Bunbury!
