Oh dear - what a worry for your mum :-0 There's one in every family :-D

Tecwyn Report 26 Sep 2014 23:58

Younger brother is a bit of a wild one - he has a hippie lifestyle really, now with fourth wife, 18 years younger than him - children all over the place, I've lost count.

When he was 18 he stole a police car........................... :-D got chased by another one :-(

It's sad that it takes a catastrophe to bring a family together but it happens so often. At least your younger brother cares enough to ask after you but obviously doesn't want the involvement :-(

Tecwyn Report 26 Sep 2014 23:45

Yes he has done a lot out there for me, and I'm extremely grateful for that.

So strange - this is the brother that didn't visit for eight years, until he heard I was in trouble.

Haven't heard anything from my youngest brother, though I know he phones other people to find out how I am.

I did get to see both sisters recently

You must look forward to your brother's - he does so much for you. That's good of him to get stuck into the garden for you.

Tecwyn Report 26 Sep 2014 23:37

oh well - goodbye cushions :-D

good idea about the gate :-)

Yes is was a good visit - brother got the tree loppers out and reduced some of the overgrown shrubs considerably.
I had already reduced the hydrangeas quite a lot, so beginning to see some space out there.
He enjoys working in my garden, doing things I can't cope with now

Goodnight Linda - sleep well <3

Hello Tec - I wondered where you had got to :-)

Maisie doesn't appear to dig in gardens - she hasn't touched the veggies or plants. She loves cushions and wrecked one of my cushions on the sofa :-(

OH spent some time making a gate for the front verandah so she can sit outside with us and not be tempted to run off.

Did you have a good family visit?

Tecwyn

Tecwyn Report 26 Sep 2014 23:26

Sue, does Maisie know not to dig up the vegetables? :-D

Madness rules here I'm sure :-D Fun though isn't it?

It's a lovely sunny morning. The sun is starting to get some warmth so our days are cool but pleasant with cold nights. Like your weather.

Linda - I'm exhausted just reading what you have been doing. We have been doing such a lot of work in the garden that the house is a little neglected.
