There's nothing wrong with skipping down the field :-D,
I've seen our Welsh Rugby Team doing just that in training - maybe Joel has too :-D

Enjoying it is the main thing when all is said and done - I hope his team wins today.

Well I'm off to bed now,
Enjoy the match both of you Sue,

Goodnight,
Tec :-)

SueMaid Report 9 May 2014 22:57

Yes he's tackling quite well - he just has to learn now that skipping down the field is not a good thing. He's enjoying the game with his friends and that's the main thing :-)

Tecwyn Report 9 May 2014 22:48

Well I hope that Joel has learned the idea is to tackle them, not cuddle them :-D

Hope you enjoy the match - whoever wins :-)

:-D

We're off to see Joel playing rugby later this morning. That should be fun as it's not too early and will be a little warmer.

Tecwyn Report 9 May 2014 22:33

I don't mind mellowing - I hope not to go off :-D

SueMaid Report 9 May 2014 22:31

I am also getting on much better with my brother after not seeing him for a long time. We must be all mellowing with age :-D

Tecwyn Report 9 May 2014 22:26

Glad that you enjoyed the day Linda, and Eve too - though you must be so tired.

Sue it is good that my brother has taken to visiting on a weekly basis, especially after a gap of eight years.
We seem to get on better now than we ever did. He has mellowed with age, as I suppose I have :-D

SueMaid Report 9 May 2014 22:03

Good evening you two :-D

Sorry I didn't come on yesterday - I had forgotten I had three interviews to do and was out quite early.

Sounds like you had a great day out Linda. Tiring I would imagine but still fun.

Tec - it's good that your brother finished the job in the garden. It's also nice that she are seeing so much of him.

Yes I enjoyed it, it was Eve's first theme park and she was so excited, she loved it. Seeing her little face beaming was worth all the walking. I must admit all I want to do is go to bed now,

My battery won't last much longer on this, so I will have to charge it soon.

Tomorrow OH and I are taking Eve swimming while her mum takes the opportunity to get her hair cut, daddy will look after Esme, though she won't behave for him either.

Tecwyn Report 9 May 2014 21:02

That was a full day you had - I can just imagine you going round and round on the kiddies roundabouts :-D

Hope you enjoyed it :-)

We were at Chessington World of Adventures from when it opened at ten, until it closed at five. I went on lots of rides with Eve. Her mummy and daddy went on the grown up rides, but the little ones were bad enough for me

Hello Everyone, :-)

Rained most of the day. My brother visited to finish a job he was doing for me on the back yard - he had to keep dodging in and out between showers as he was using power tools.

Diane - What ever were you doing up in the early hours :-D Berona will have something to say about that :-D then you'll be in trouble.

Linda I do hope that you get something of a break this weekend - it will be nice to have OH with you - enjoy the Theme Park tomorrow, but do take care on the rides :-D.

Sue I hope that Aimee is getting better now :-).

When I said half an hours peace, that is all I got. That is all she has slept all day, even when I took her out in her buggy this afternoon. How such a small baby can sleep so little is beyond me.

I have handed over to parents, so am off duty after giving Eve her bath. I have been doing bedtime stories, but someone e Lee can have that pleasure tonight,.

oh just phoned from the M1, apparently sat nav lady tells him he will be here at 9.30.

I am glad you are pleased with your tank Tec, although if you move back upstairs, you won't be able to see it in the dining room. We used to have fish at one stage, they were my sons really. He had some with big bulging eyes, but he added some different fish to the tank which the pet shop assured us would be fine _ they ate the eyes out of the other fish :-(

Sorry I couldn't wait until everyone turned up last night but I was trying to type and almost dropping the tablet because I was so sleepy.

My daughter had a training course in central London this morning,so daddy was going to take Eve to nursery, but the he had a. conference work with Singapore for work. He said it would be 8.30 to 10at the latest,so I had to look after both of them, then he would take Eve to nursery. I should have known better because it was 11.30 before he finished, Esme grizzled all morning as usual and Eve couldn't understand why grandma couldn't play nonstop. It was mid day before Eve left.

I finally managed to rock Esme to sleep,so I am having half an hours peace before she wakes up

I hope Aimee is much better today Sue, it is not nice to see little ones looking so poorly.

OH is driving down tonight and is staging for the weekend.we are all off to a theme park tomorrow. Some of the rides look too scary for me and they are in the children's section

Sneak's in at this ungodly hour to post :-)

Sue I'm sorry to hear that Aimee is unwell, I hope the anti-biotic's do there job and that she is feeling better today ((( hug ))) from me to her :-)

Linda you poor feet, I can sympathise with you because when Neil ( the person I was carer for ) had shingle's he was home for about 10 wks unable to go to the day centre, when he was well enough to take out I took him out every day ( as long as it wasn't raining or to cold ) and walked him in his wheel chair for up to 2/3 hrs. The only good thing this did for me was that I lost weight but it took it's toll on my back/ hip, muscles and of cause my feet so you have my total understanding of how exhausted you must be feeling :-( <3
I hope tomorrow ( I should really say today ) isn't to much for you and that having Eve home may keep little Esme from being so upset not having her mum around, take care of yourself <3

Tec I'm glad to hear you now have your fish tank and hope you have a nice time when you go and choose some more fish for it :-)
I'm also glad to hear you have been having quite a few visitor's and family getting in touch, it's time's like this that you find out those who care about you and checking if you are coping with your new situation and offering help if you need it :-)

Amanda I saw the photo's you put on FB of the party and the children looked to be having a great time :-)
Pidg sound's like he/she is going to take up permanent residence with your hen's hope the girl's don't get jealous :-D

Time to quitely sneak away and get some sleep ( I hope ) <3

SueMaid Report 7 May 2014 23:27

Goodnight Tec - sleep well <3

A white frog with pink eyes :-0 sounds horrible. I don't like axolotls either - they always look a bit creepy to me.

Amanda2003 Report 7 May 2014 23:27

Good night Tec , sleep well .

I shall be off to bed myself very soon .

Sue , I think people end up with nasty fish because they don't realise they are going to be so preditery , I've learnt the hard way . That's why I like my little guppies so much .....lol

Have a nice day Sue <3

~~~~~ to every one else :-)
Amanda2003 Report 7 May 2014 23:23
Is it one of those frogs with pink eyesTec ? I've seen they in the aquatic shop , I think tthey are horrid :-0
The plec is a good one to have in a tank , it keeps it clean , minds it's own buisness and looks rather handsome :-) If you want the bristles you need to get a male as the females don't develope them .
A friend , down the road gave me a couple of little shimps , they do a wonderful job of keeping the plants clean and tidy .
