What a shame the weather has spoiled the last of the tomatoes and cues. The rain must have been very heavy.

Anyway, only 3 more sleeps and I can go home, and talk to you from the comfort of my favourite armchair :-D

It would have been nice to have had it all done with before I go home, buy there we are.

The Secretary at Shrewsbury phoned to say they have pencilled the 28 March to do the op, not certain, but will confirm by letter if it can be done.

I am going to officially complain to the CEO of N W Ambulance Trust, Elfed Llwyd local MP, and have a letter in the local press.

Someone needs to sit up and pay attention :-|

We had another thunderstorm overnight. Very noisy then the skies opened and it poured for about half an hour. These storms have spoiled the last of the tomatoes and cucumbers and the late blooms on my shrubs :-(

Well my doctor came to see me this evening, and today's farce does not effect me going home on Saturday, even Friday evening if my daughter was there.

The District Nurse is coming to do the injections, to save me having to come back here. :-)

You told us that you only cleaned your windows in the dark, is it dark where you are? it's a lovely day here, though I happen to know it's gloomy in Shropshire.

Mersey - Do you know that after a while you can't even be bothered getting annoyed anymore.
It is easier to just accept that the whole world is raving mad :-)

Hello Linda, Hello Mersey,

I am still here, the transport didn't turn up to take me to Shrewsbury for my operation.
This is the third time they have let me down.
Twice they let me down over a home visit with the OTs, I ended up in one of the OTs cars last week.
A home visit is low on the list of priorities naturally, and although upsetting it isn't that important, but today was a serious medical matter.

Now I will get another appointment when I'm at home. I definitely won't rely on hospital transport again.

Apart from all that, it is a lovely sunny day here.
