Jemima all is well here - thankfully we haven't got the extreme heat here where we live.

Carole isn't near the bushfires and a cool change had come through when I "spoke" to her on FB.

Thinking of Sylvia - a sad day for the family.

Goodness we must be old, 9pm and we are glad to be back at the hotel after a nice meal, It is very pretty out there because they still have all the Christmas decorations lit up, The restaurant we went to had live jazz which was usual out here but the men were wearing white suits John Travolta style.

Well the walk turned into three hours, interesting but my feet were aching by the time we finished.
We had a late lunch then more sight seeing, by the time we got back I was hushed, I just closed my eyes for a while and it is now two hours later. It will soon be time to go out for dinner.

I hope all went we'll today Sylvia. Sue, no not that type of breakfast, the extensive choice you get in hotels when you are paying for it yourself

It's another very wet and windy day here in South West Wales. It's been raining- alternately drizzling, thundering, driving rain and sleet/ hail for days, in fact weeks, with the odd freezing cold sunny day thrown in.

I know it's extremely hot in Oz at present. I saw on the news about the melting water bottle on the Tennis Courts!
I know that there are bad bush fires there now again which is dreadful. Keep safe all of you and plenty of sunblock if you are out in your gardens.

Sue- Hoping that you and your OH are well. Hope your lovely Grandchildren are too :-)

Wishing Linda a lovely holiday, I know she looks in from time to time :-)

I did stress about it Amanda and was very relieved once it was all in pyrex dishes and ready on the table for people to help themselves. Once I had done that I went onto the veranda to have a smoke while they put on their plates what they wanted.

Greetings from Poland, I seem to have WiFi in the hotel room, we got a fee upgrade, maybe that is why. We arrived an hour ago and went to a cafe in the central square to get a snack. It is very pretty because all the Christmas lights are still on.
