Hi again the prob seems to have been sorted for me at any rate !! and they replied to my e-mail within a couple of hours !!! Took 3 attempts but I have managed to log on and access my trees :)

. ( just thought you prob wondering who I am lol I uesd to post mainly on chat but rarely do these days . I do use the tips, trying to find and so on though :)

It threw me out yesterday for a while then said they were carrying out maintenance so perhaps it is the same today.

arghhhhhhhh I'm having trouble too - don't recognise my email or password. I got a certificate this morning and was all set for an afternoon of exploration - oh well better do housework instead (not!)

Have sent an e-mail but may not reply until tomorrow .....they are experiencing high volumes of e-mails ..........ahem I just bet they are lol

Yes me as well and can not login into Ancestry.com

I was very puzzled - the trouble is that I joined so long ago and I always stay logged in so I wasn't sure if I had maybe used my husbands e-mail address so I tried that too but it didn't recognise it.

I also have a couple of possible passwords but it didn't like any of them.

I was just about to 'ransack' my office for the old original paperwork but obviously you have the same problem so I will just have to be patient while they get it sorted.

Is anyone having problems logging into Ancestry please?

I always keep it in my favourites and I have been using it this morning but now I found I am locked out.

Tried sending a check for my password and Ancestry is not even recognising my email address....arghhh!
