Anyone having trouble getting on GR, or is it me

No not just you, about to throw my computor out of the window, lol.

I sent GR a message yesterday about the problems. I gave them the thread where I had been talking about the problems I had been having.

Great to get such a speedy reply.

"With regards to the thread you mention, I can see that no further posts have been added since last night, and we haven't had any emails into support about this either. Are you still experiencing the same problems? If not, it's possible that it was just a temporary glitch. If you are, please let me know so that I can investigate further."

I have just emailed them back again and said, yes it's happening now.

No you are not the only one having trouble with GR. There are lots of us having problems.
Just tried to get GT, and got a dating agency instead, and then had to sign in to get back on GR.

I really am not drinking anything stronger than Milo. It just keeps saying it can't connect then it does so my wonderful posts are being repeated for your enlightenment and entertainment.

Which is why there are so many deletes on this page.

Just received a "Happy Genes Reunited Error" message. Is that the same as happy birthday, or anniversary, or Groundhog Day??!!

See my thread re lost connections as well. several of us have written to Gr only to be told nobody else has complained.

It kept asking me for my e-mail and password and then kept saying they were inorrect!

When I FINALLY logged on, it said I had no bookmarks.

Methinks someone at HQ has been on the sauce!

I can only get on via GR NZ now.

Really efficient service for all their paying members.

GR sort yourselves out.

I had problems yesterday and couldn't get on, or stay on when I did get on here. It sort of righted itself later on tho.

Let's hope it won't happen too often, it's so frustrating to type out a reply and lose it before it gets to the thread.

I too have been experiencing problems with this site, since 12.51 yesterday lunch time. I have now taken notice of what SueM has done, and clicked onto GenesReunitedN.Z. I have sent several e-mails to GR, and the latest reply I had from them, after they tried to make out it was my fault, was to say they were aware of these problems, which they were now trying to sort out, and thanking me for my patience. Patience be damned, I have been tearing my hair out here, blood pressure has gone up and it has done nothing for my heart rate.
These are the faults which I experienced:-
No Bookmarks - all had vanished
No Threads ditto
Pages not available
Can't add posts
Can't add to other peoples posts
Can't click on a persons name without I was asked to sing in
Did this, and was told my e-mail address was incorrect
Not able to access Home Page/Search Trees/Dearch Records/Hot Matches/Community. This facility had completely vanished off the screen
I hope they pull their finger out and get things sorted. I noticed a post on Tips, I think from Gypsywoman, that they are doing essential work tomorrow.
