It,s coming up to 15 years since you left us and it still feels like it was yesterday. You would be 23 now and a grown women, it is hard to imagine, the only consolation for me is that all that pain is gone. I love you with all my heart.X

My heart goes out to you. I know exactly how you feel. I lost my son in 1970 when he was only a few days old. Although it is many years ago, he is still very much in my thoughts.

My heartfelt thoughts and sympathies to you both. I cannot begin to describe mine.

Edit to say, in those days, over 40 years ago, you were only told a little, and did not speak about it. But you still remember it

Special thoughts to you Frosty, as you remember your Stacey. Every year that goes by is just as hard to deal with, I know, and ValerieM too, the pain of loss never goes away. My daughter would be coming up to her 36th birthday next January, but she only lived for three days - I have no photographs, and there was no time to create memories. My heart broke the day Zoe died and has never wholly healed.

I console myself with the thought that one day I will see her again, even tho then I will have to leave my son behind.

Comiserations Frosty,I know just how you feel, I have two children buried in the local cemetery. You never get over losing children, just learn to live with the pain.
