Oh goodness me no. Only if they are not well then it's under duress :-D. They do the same for me and son is a godsend when it comes to lumping heavy and awkward things he is a real muscle man and so tall he gets things from high places with no effort. ;-)

good shift today and the boiler is great now they have fixed the pipes ,
We are to expect more cold weather me thinks here

Our boiler decided to cut off today :-| :-| :-P. Oh had a go at it and got it running again. The engineers are supposed to be servicing it on Tuesday so just hoping it lasts out until then :-P

Morning all, well while you lot have been snoring I have decorated out the throne room for Xmas. Lovely tree all decked in red and white, balloons,red and white banners and loads and loads of tinsel. :-D

On sleep today so just getting caught up with chores my aim is on my days off to do christmas as the cards need to go ,and i am going to dig the living room out and dig the stuff out of the loft .

I did note the score Maz. I was willing the Black Cats to win as I can't stand the other lot.

I am just sat here catching up with emails and getting my caffeinne level up ready to start the day proper.Hopefully OH will get up in the loft and get the dcs downs as the Mini Gooners are heckling us to get the tree done. Their efficient Mummy had their's up last week so Nanna has to do likewise. :-|

Morning - YG will go into a Bah Humbug meltdown with all this talk of seasonal preparations ;-)

If OH is on the same timetable to me, he could give the 'long drop' its first coat of paint today, and the second tomorrow. It would then depend if he insist that the carpet be cleaned as to when the decorations come out of the loft.

Hope your shift is peaceful tonight....how about taking some of the cards to write while you're there?? ;-)

BAH HUMBUG is slowly disappearing. Mini Gooners are seeing to that ;-). Biggest one is singing in the school Nativity play on Thursday so tissues at the ready. I think smaller one is the week after so out they come again.

Why is it that we weep at the Nativity? Its supposed to be a happy event - lol

Haven't been on much.

I recommened my boiler......then the heating system packed in.But it wasn't the boiler it was the wireless air stat..



I used to like the old Baxi with back boiler,but better that was the old Parkray

What with the run up to Christmas, work and home renovations, most of us are dashing around somewhat and aren’t on the computer so much either.

Welcome back David, nice to see you again. Don't mention boilers :-| :-| :-| :-|. Oh has just attacked ours again in an attempt to keep it working until Tues .

I hope he's successful as it's a long time to be without heat this time of year.
