We have been very good girls for quite some time now. All busy with various things that keep us out of mischief!

I am sure that I posted a reply to LG last night about the two of them going out in their Christmas hats, but it's not there, so I must have had another silly minute!!

Well done to DET's OH for finishing the decorating. What a good boy he is :-) :-)

morning i am on sleep over today , I have a shopping list and menu on the desktop and as i think of something i put it down lol

I have sent an e card to Auntie this morning and put it from all of us.

Well at last the tree is decorated and just got a few little bits to do in the hallway.

Maz that is a good idea budgeting like that for as you say it helps teach but also gives you the money to go out and about without worrying about finding the cash in one lump.

Thanks for including us on Aunty's card - she seems to have dropped off the radar even on other sites. I had sent her an email sometime ago, but never had a reply.

Good luck with the various lists Maz - we have a white board in the kitchen and add things to it when we think of them. Hope your night shift is peaceful and that you do manage to get some sleep!

I am beginning to feel as though the bungalow belongs to me again at long last!! The carpets and suite were cleaned yesterday and the decorator's plans have changed, so he is able to come tomorrow instead of Tuesday to start the papering, so should be all shipshape by Wednesday evening. Just a tree and decs to put up and some shopping to finish :-) Is there any chance of putting Christmas back a week please :-D :-D

Shopping lists, mmm. I have some notelets in the kitchen and tend to note weekly shopping items there, although I do keep a record on the computer of what Christmas presents I am going to buy, cards to send and what is packed in the boxes up in the loft :-D :-D

Morning YG any chance of Christmas back 6 months sounds better to me ;-) :-D :-D :-D. I still have some pressies to get and not the foggiest what to buy.

I know, that is the worst of the Christmas shopping. I hate going into town until I know exactly what I want and I never do!! I was going to town today, but have chickened out and decided to leave it until next weekend. I don't need a lot so think I can cope then!

I am just sitting relaxing for ten minutes before starting the unmentionables yet again. :-D

Been busy wrapping and at least getting some of it done :-P

That's the job I will be doing tomorrow. I now know what my son wants thanks to his lovely girlfriend so I can get that on Tuesday but still don't know what to buy her. I am going into town with H so I can get Mini Gooners sorted as I shal have her advice on what they would like.

I must go into town on Saturday, or it will be too late!! I only have a few things to get and now mostly know what I am going for. The difficulty will be if I can't get the sizes I need! Unfortunately I don't want enough things from one store to make it worthwhile ordering online as they are all from different stores, so I will have to take a chance!

I bet the crowds will be horrendous. Hopefully I can get finished on Tuesday otherwise OH willnot be a happy bunny if I have him waiting for me while I am stuck in a long Queue

Oooh, don't remind me, LG!! I hate the shopping mall at the best of times and I am dreading it, but needs must, I'm afraid.

Back to work again tomorrow, so I'm off to bed to prepare myself!!

My, we all must have been busy yesterday, and the evening shift too tired to post. Have you noticed that happens at the weekend? Real life gets in the way!

Not sure what's in store for us today, probably a trip to the village for routine tasks that can only be done there.

Oh DET such an exciting life we lead ;-) ;-) :-D. I was exhausted last night as we ended up with the Mini Gooners here thanks to H being let down at the last minute by her ex. They were very good though and Grandad enjoyed every minute of it.

I have a parcel to collect and a little bit of food shop to do then home and try and organise the house :-P.
