	Morning all. Hope you've found your pinny and white cap LG, you'll certainly be needed today! Sister in law would certainly appreciate the entertainment laid on by NL :-D The hoard are descending ‘by One’ to allow for thick heads – not a drop has passed my lips for a week, so you can’t include me! We had our own private view of the fireworks over the roof tops last night - the house in the next road knows how to put on a good show. Didn't hear any ship's sirens drifting up from the river. Either the wind was in the wrong direction, or they were too busy sailing on the tide. We managed to avoid all NY programmes on TV last night. Hurrah!

	Happy New Year ,I was so tired but i watched TV with an ear open lol ,My Paynes are in Hastings ,but scatter to Ross area but they do scatter after that but i have no knowledge of them

I did sleep in till 8.30am but have been busy having a clear out of all my document files and also taken down the xmas cards and odd bits. The tree can remain until the 5th!! It is a lovely feeling having done it and I now have a bagful of shredding to do when I go to work tomorrow :-) :-) It is a beautiful sunny day here with lovely blue sky - just wjat is needed for the start of the new year. I'm almost tempted to go outside with the gardening fork NOT :-D :-D The remainder of the day will be restful and relaxing, before havoc reigns tomorrow. Apparently our CEO is visiting on 9th to announce major changes and hand out letters to those affected :-( It is not going to be a good start to the year for some :-0 :-0 Enjoy your day with the visitors, DET and feel free to hit the G&Ts. You have my permission :-D :-D :-D

	Yep, YG, I'm glad it's nearly over as well. I like seeing all our family and friends but when we get people every day for a couple of weeks it gets a bit too much. Think I'm turning into a grumpy old woman!! Everything will be back to normal tomorrow and my stomach can have a bit of a rest. I've eaten a disgusting amount of chocolate!!

I have one here and cannot eat them! :-D I can't complain about visitors as it has been very quiet, but I was certainly pleased to be able to put my feet up and rest. Back to the grind tomorrow, but at least life will be back to normal :-)
