A late good evening to everyone!!

I must confess to falling asleep tonight, so it's a quick hello and goodbye, as it is now bedtime :-D :-D :-D

Pleased that your back is feeling a bit better today, LG.

+++DetEcTive+++ Report 29 Jan 2013 09:36

Morning all - hope you can get someone out to fix the roof PDQ Maz. Nothing worse than a leak you can't deal with yourself. When we had the garage one replaced, we were told that it ought to last 10 years. We're living on borrowed time with the flat roofed extension!

Paula has had doors replaced
YG is decorating a bathroom
Maz is sorting out a leaking roof
We need to contact a roofer to replace a couple of tiles
LG can't be left out, so what is she planning? :-D

Hope your back is on the mend LG

Planning on sorting out kitchen cupboards but due to the creeky back it's on the back burner. Resting yesterday has helped but still treating it with caution.

Don't blame you! A little gentle exercise eg walking around can be good, but don't over do it. And mind you are holding on to something if you need to sneeze or cough! ;-)

Don't worry I am taking care. Sitting in the office chair at the moment which is very upright and it feels goo. I am prepping masks for tonights Rainbows so that will keep me out of mischeif for a while ;-)

Morning folks hope you are all well.
LG watch that back of yours your not as young
as you used to be :-D ;-)

OH says its mild out but I'm feeling the cold, not
surprising as my laptop desk is at my patio doors,
great in the summer when its warm and door is open
but a bit nippy in January.

Emma :-)

I am a Rainbow Guider and they are for tonights meeting to tie in with the up and coming Chinese New Year celebrations. I am also a Brownie Guider so always prepping up something.though not for much longer as I retire in July :-(

'Emma' Report 29 Jan 2013 11:17

LG remember you telling me about something to
do with children, how lovely. How sad that you are
retiring in July as sounds like you enjoy it all :-(
Have a good time tonight :-)

LaGooner

LaGooner Report 29 Jan 2013 11:24

It is my choice to retire as I do love it but think that it time to move on after 17 years with Brownies and 10 with Rainbows I feel I am not as enthusiastic as I once was. I will still be a Guider Mentor to train up new leaders and available to help in the units if they need me now and again. I am taking up commitee on the local historical society as Archivist so I will be far from bored.

'Emma' Report 29 Jan 2013 11:33

Wow LG good for you, sounds like you have to be always doing something.
Long may it continue. ;-)
