Morning all, not a drop of snow in sight so far,
busy week for OH and myself for a change.
Old suite being picked up by local charity Tuesday,
baby sitting Wednesday and Thursday mornings,
new suite to be delivered ??hopefully Friday or Saturday,
if not we will be watching the snow (forecast for later in the
week) falling while in our sun loungers. :-D :-D

Morning GG. Just got back in after my visit to the churchyard. The snow is settling on the grass now :-| :-P :-P.

DET talk about remembering the happy times. I had a quiet laugh to myself as I slipped a little laying his flowers and I thought of him in the 60's out shovellling snow off of the front garden path when he slipped and ended up in the flower boarder cursing his head off. :-D :-D :-D. Of course I didn't laugh did I ;-).

No sign of snow anymore!!

Well, I have been out for tea with gd!! She text me this morning to say that Mum & Dad said she could go tonight, so I picked her up after work and I have just dropped her off at home. It was really enjoyable and she was a pleasure to be with :-) :-) They are off on holiday at the weekend for a week, but I have planted the seeds for us to do it more regularly. Not sure how long it will last, because dil has fallen out with her mother, so once they have made friends I might not get another look in because she is very jealous of me spending any time with them. :-P

Oh how lovely YG. Lets hope there will be many more meets.

we have snow all around us but not as yet in Bishop but the cars coming down have a few centimetres on them

Oh 'eck, this horse meat thing is getting out of all proportion now!! There is more on the news about it :-P :-P

I think it is being blown out of all proportion now. Saying that though it should not have been labelled as beef . They have eaten horse for years on the continent and they have had no harm to them. I tried it in Belgium :-P :-P :-P. I personally thought it was horrible. As long as it is properly raised,killed and labelled there should be no problem. It was in the paper today that most people are horrified because horses are nice animals and pets not meat. I am afraid I am not bothered by that and people look at me horrified when I say yes rabbits are lovely , but only with carrots and gravy ;-) :-D :-D.
