we it was a wash out over night and now the sun is shining .the snow turned to rain about 7pm then it was so wild and windy here but it is not icy out there and teh white stuff is retreating nicely
A was late in as he was waiting for buses to return that were stuck in traffic Darlington was gridlocked i hear so glad i was off

We had 5cm of snow yesterday, then lashing down rain. This morning all snow has gone and the sun is shining, I am a happy bunny. Just finished a few chores, I am going for a walk to the shops later, then 2nd year olds birthday party............ Plus I have to open ALL of my cards :-D ................. well just one to be honest <3

The landslide is at Hatfield and is not on the main Newcastle / Edinburgh line. I don't do trains nowadays, DET. I have been banished from travelling for work!! I'm now confined to the desk :-D :-D :-D

All the snow has gone. There was plenty of rain overnight and it was rather grim this morning, but then the sun came out and it has been a reasonable day.

evening we went out for lunch ,I have dust everywhere,and a hoover that is bunged he the painter has taken it to blow it through with his air line ,( not A plane )

Not me I have been preping up a craft for 70 gilrs at our Guiding World Thinking day event on Saturday. Thank goodness YAL was on hand to help me for a while earlier on.
