I am hoping it won't hurt the purse too much. Last problem with crown cost me over £250.00 :-0 :-0 :-0 :-(. and also a painful 1 hour in the chair

Oooouuuuuchhhhhhhh :-( :-( :-( :-( :-(

That hurt just reading it, LG!!

DET, I normally use bonemeal when I'm planting and then a liquid feed that can be diluted. The pots have been in the same compost for about four years now and I thought there might be some ant nests in the bottom, but they were clear. As most of the pots were cracking I have emptied them and used the old compost on the border.

I have cleaned behind the shed, and concentrated on the back garden, cutting the grass and digging over the border. It is now ready to add some more plants to :-) :-) It has taken the better part of the day and I am now shattered :-D :-D :-D

Gunners have not got many of them and the only one near decent is far to young for me. Although saying that he was born in Stevenage so he is a local lad so perhaps I will put him up as my Avitar :-D

Good morning. Hope you slept well YG. Have you thought of taking some over the counter meds for coughs and colds that will knock you out?

What a find Maz – I’d be smirking as well especially if they’d been very straight laced with their own children.

If you couldn’t get in the garden over the weekend, there might be a couple of dry days during the week. Looking ahead darn suff to next week, we might reach the balmy heights of 17c. Pity that it will be accompanied by showers.

Hi LG - make the most of your day before the patter of various sized feet return :-D
I bet you'll be glad in one respect when school starts again.

PC hopes to get the keys to the flat share on Friday, but moving in depends on the availability of the Dad-with-a-van to shift furniture. In some respects we'll miss her, but on the other hand she isn't around most of the time.
We've already discussed what we are going to do with her room - as it gets the sun. it will probably be were the laundry gets hung to dry!
We aren't replacing the bed - she's taking the base but leaving the matress. If we do (unlikely) end up with a house full, the youngest couple can sleep on that on the floor.

I hope PC is happy with her flat share.I agree you will miss her but in my experience kids are like boomerangs, they keep coming back ;-) :-D. I had great plans for my spare rooms but hey ho they were shot down in flames. :-|
