YG – at least your friend is actually getting the interviews which at least shows that she is a a creditable candidate! Something will turn up eventually.

No one got the job PC interviewed for; they’ve advertised again for the third time. She suspects that looking young for her age could have gone against her – she knew within the first minute that she wasn’t going to get the job.

We never managed to get to the chemist………..we forgot to take the prescription out with us. How daft is that? However, we did have a coffee at the shopping mall and then went to the cinema to see the latest Star Trek film. After all, it was half price Tuesday. To save cooking we picked up a £5 meal deal from Sains to eat at home.

As I’m working this afternoon, OH has suggested we go shopping this morning….once he gets out of bed!

I creased myself laughing in the local shop this morning. They have National Lottery Scratch Cards called 'It Could be Ewe'. I think Errol should try his luck with those!! :-D :-D :-D

hi one and all well washing is in ,the gales in hastings wernt too bad ,the trains were delayed a tree was down at tonbridge but i was able to get my train to darlo ok though ,Tea is in cat is clingy as mummy has been away

I am of high calibre and have a degree of sobriety at work, Errol. I am a good timekeeper, committed and am very rarely off sick. I would promise to give you a sheep dip every four weeks on pay day and not bring any lamb shanks for my lunch. When I've shared the bottle of wine that I brought as a bribe, I might fall asleep under the desk but I don't snore :-D :-D

Morning all, missed you all last night as I decided to have an evening in the real world :-D :-D :-D :-D. Seriously was a bit tired and headachy last night so stayed away from the screen.

Morning LG - nothing wrong with that, especially if you have a 'head'.

I might have to drop in at the opticians today. I've been having problems with my vari-focals - things not in focus properly. Yesterday I realised that one of the arms was bent at the hinge. Hope they can mend it rather than having to have a new pair :-(

I thought I had blurred vision the other day before I realised I had a large smear of lord knows what across my lens :-D :-D :-D :-D. They should straighten them free, my optician does all the minor jobs like bends and loose screws. Pity he can't fix my loose head screws ;-) :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D

Its just as well I haven't thrown out all the old pairs - there ought to be something amongst those to use for the hour or so it might take them. Just about enough time for a coffee or 3 ;-)
