I am old :-D :-D :-D :-D. We only found each other again 3 years ago and keep in touch by phone and email. I am also hoping to meet more cousins and family that I did not know existed.

Ah, but you won't be able to dive into Derek's archives with this side of the family, will you? :-D :-D

LaGooner Report 18 May 2013 22:52

No :-( :-( :-( :-( My cousin has loads from record office and some certificates that can be waded through. Not quite the same though ;-)

Morning YG. Lovely bright morning here so it will be getting a wash load in and hopefully getting it line dry. What are you up to today ? :-D

YG

YG Report 19 May 2013 09:21

It's a much better day today than yesterday so I have also got a load in the washer and another one waiting :-D :-D,

I have some unmentionables to do, but not too much!!

i wanted to cut the grass, but it was treated on Friday so I have to wait for 3-4 days. I have bought some seed to scatter on hopefully to improve it, but can't do that until after it is cut otherwise the mower will suck it all up!

The surveyor is coming on Tuesday lunchtime about phase two of the works on the bungalow, so here we go again!! Just got the paint tins and brushes put away!! It will still be several months, I think, before they start. Sometime between September and next March, so I hope they don't decide on December again :-( :-(

LaGooner Report 19 May 2013 09:40

Oh you can bet they will wait until the weather is at it's worst or it is just before the dreaded C word. ;-). Up and away now to get on with some dreaded myself. Catch you later, have a good day <3

Morning all - Here at last although still on coffee #2.

We went to bed far too late - OH as he was playing SS, and me cos I wanted to finish my book. Didn't manage it, and still have one chapter to go.

A short break in Lincoln? What a lovely b'day gift! Enjoy.

After watching Lewis, OH was saying that we could easliy have an over-nighter in Oxford, it being just a tad too far for a day trip if we wanted to see the sights as well. He does come up with some good ideas at times...but that's usually where they stay...as ideas.

If you are missing for a couple of days we will know what has happened then, Maz :-D :-D

DET, take the bull by the horns and book it. Your OH can't wriggle out of it then :-D :-D

+++DetEcTive+++ Report 19 May 2013 16:27

Now that's a thought YG ;-)

What on earth were children doing uninvited in your back garden Maz? How did you find out that they were ill? Lets hope the parents don't try and lay the blame on you!
Time for a lockable side gate at the very least. My cousin has obvious spikes nailed along the top of her fence to deter cats - unfortunately not an option for you.

Best go do something constructive - ironing already cleared in front of the TV while OH cut the front grass.

I've been busy in the garden and now come in to cook dinner.

Don't tell Errol, but I have one of his legs in the oven :-D :-D :-D :-D

I am sitting down to relax for a while, then off for a hair colour and bath :-D :-D

LaGooner Report 19 May 2013 17:16

We are sitting here watching the match. Not only cheering on Gunners but shouting for the Black Cats. ;-) :-D :-D :-D

Mazfromnorf Report 19 May 2013 17:19

hello no one is blaming me as they should not be in the garden they climb over the wall but are in more bother with their parents than me .All plants are potentially dangerous to kids so if they stray off and eat anything they shouldnt it aint my fault .

eRRolSheep Report 19 May 2013 17:24

eeee who pinched me leg?

I never have to bother with cutting the grass - I just graze. Not only does it keep the pesky stuff down but I dine well too.
