It has rained here overnight and is looking very overcast this morning, but there is a faint sign of some blue patches up there that might just dry the washing :-)

Breezy and overcast here but at least it's dry at the moment. It's our local carnival today so I am expecting rain in a while :-)

It will be amazing what has been left in the custard over the years lol

It must be a rough area around your way if uniformed people have to go around in 3's Maz ;-)

There's an ambulance parked up outside our neighbours; he has terminal cancer. Fingers crossed that they can sort him out at home rather than cart him off for another hospital stay. We do so want to support his wife, but she is internalising it, if that makes sense. As their only child lives the other side of the country on the Welsh borders, it isn't as if she can drop by at a moments notice. :-0

So sorry to hear about your neighbour, DET. It will certainly be difficult for his wife. Perhaps she feels best able to cope by keeping it private. What a shame their daughter doesn't live nearer, but it is often the case that family don't live within easy visiting distance

I haven't been sitting here all morning!! Some unmentionables done and just contemplating tidying myself up to do the food shopping :-( :-(

It is quite blustery here today, but at least it is drying the washing. Only had one shower through the morning. They do say the weather is going to improve next week. Let's hope next weekend will be good and that the sun hasn't gone in again by then!

It has been raining quite heavily here this morning ,it wsa wierd yesterday warm but heavy showers from time to time .
I finish at tea time today and then off til 12 on tuesday ,
DET its hard when relations live so far away their Daughter will feel terrible as I do at times Mum does have her church to keep an eye on her when she is not there just once they will ring or when the weather is bad someone will keep in touch and do the shopping for her
