I agree DET if she could not face speaking to you a little note would have been nice.
Still bloomin warm here tonight I have just been out in the back garden and was surprised how pleasant it was.

We'll get over it - I'll take a card and flowers for them round tomorrow.

Its been a gorgeous day weather wise hasn't it? At last I'm no longer lily-white :-D

I am I spent most of the day indoors searching for my camera download lead and a piece of paperwork for OH :-|

+++DetEcTive+++

+++DetEcTive+++ Report 30 Jun 2013 23:27

Does this mean you've found the camera?? :-D
Hope you managed to locate both missing things. You probably put them somewhere safe when you rearranged the 'study'.

LaGooner Report 30 Jun 2013 23:34

Found the camera a couple of weeks ago. No sign of the lead though but I did find the bit of paperwork.

Good in one sense - could the outgoing lodger have taken the lead by mistake?

Morning everyone.

Yes, it's me at this unearthly hour!! I was up at 5.30 so have a few minutes spare before facing the onslaught in the office :-D :-D

Have you found that lead yet, LG, or given up totally!! I put things in a safe place when I have a sort out and then forget where I put them :-D :-D

It's another lovely day here at the moment, but showers are supposed to be moving in later. Tomorrow cooler at 16 degs. The hedge is being cut tomorrow so I hope the rain holds off. They have forecast an unsettled week, but will be good by the weekend and settled for several days :-) :-)

Enjoy your day whatever you are doing <3

Morning all. No lead to be seen !!!. I remember putting it somewhere safe , so safe I will probably never find it again. I did find the card reader though so I have managed to get them onto the computer at least. :-D.

I do hope the weather will not be too bad this week as both rainbows and Brownies have outdoor activities :-|

Morning all -

If YG was up at the crack of dawn, does this mean that the fur can now differentiate working days from the weekend? :-D Fingers crossed the rain holds off tomorrow for the hedge to be cut.

Good to hear that you've been able to download your photos LG. Where's there's a will, there's a way etc ;-) OH did his yesterday, but mine needs charging first. We really need to transfer some new ones to the electronic photo frame thingy we were bought some years ago. It still has only the ones the offspring loaded, not that its turned on very often.

:-D :-D :-D I think he is learning, DET. I can't even blame him for waking me this morning. I got myself up!! :-D :-D

At least you have managed to get the photos uploaded, LG. The lead will turn up when you are not looking for it :-D :-D

I have my phone on as the boss is going to ring round with new requests and rotas to allow us all to get some leave and days off Though it may be eased as someone may be going in to respite care for a while ,shame i will miss all the uniform around lol

+++DetEcTive+++

+++DetEcTive+++ Report 2 Jul 2013 09:30

Morning Maz - coffee filtering as we speak and will be ready in 5 minutes. Alternatively, the kettle for instant takes less than a minute.

Milk and sugar? Decaff or Full Strength? :-D

If one resident is going into respite care, at least it means you are more likely to get a decent rest when you do 'Nights'. Fingers crossed that no staff are asked to work when they were planning an away break
