Just ventured outside to sweep the path which was covered in flowers dropped from the Honeysuckles and the Jasmines. What a wonderful smell they are putting out now it's evening. OH and I sat in our little rustic corner for a while and enjoyed the scent

It’s unlikely that the (eventual) wedding will take place in France as it would make it difficult for relatives on both sides to travel. Although the Fiancée’s grandmother has dementia and it unlikely to be able to attend, OH’s parents are very much ‘with it’ and would want to. Travelling up to Newcastle might be a problem for them, but we’ll get round it if that’s were it takes place. I don’t think BM had thought that far ahead!!!

Did you win anything at the Races Maz???? Hope you managed to find some shade!

One more item to find re the tax returns then we are finished. The delay was because the accounting firm failed to send out their tick sheet. If there is a delay again next year, I might look for someone else to do it.
