Afternoon all, newest Grandaughter finally decided to arrive today a bit late but better late than never :-D. Mum and Baby doing very well .No details yet but all is well except one mighty tired but happy Stepson and big sister :-D

I thought I mentioned it a while back :-S :-S, or maybe it was just a senior moment. :-D. Gained one adoptive girl too as his partner already has a little girl. That bring the total to 11, no wonder I am going grey :-| :-| :-| :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D

There's no wonder you are going grey!! I think having to buy for 8 or 9 people in total is mind boggling, let alone 11 gchildren!!

Feeling much better than yesterday, but taking things a little easier than I normally would!

I am taking advantage of the sunshine and washing the bedding and the bedroom curtains, in the hope that not too much dust penetrates tomorrow :-S :-S They have finished the work in there, other than fitting new skirting boards, so hopefully it will stay clean :-D :-D

DET, I hope your visitors managed to come and that you had an enjoyable day with them. Did you make it to the wedding show?

Good morning YG. The sun has just shown it's face through the grey clouds thank goodness. I am bedding washing too besides all the other laundry so hopefully it will dry.

I am having fun doing the washing :-D :-D A bucket to catch the drips from the sink waste pipe and a bowl to catch the drips from the washer infill pipe!! The outlet pipe from the washer is fastened to the tap with some thick soldering wire!! BUT it is working, and that is the main thing :-D :-D :-D :-D

Lunch sounds good, Maz. I will be leaving here shortly to make sure that I arrive on time :-D :-D

The grandmother will be 100 next March. She's been seriously ill before and pulled through. It's really up to her to decide it she is going to fight or turn her face to the wall. The fiancee said she would rather remember her as she was rather than lying in a hospital bed.

The Wedding Fair was interesting - they collected a lot of magazines and we all ate several pieces of wedding cake :-D
Their primary interest was in Stationery and cake designs while J was having a vague look out for bridesmaid dresses. Her cousin is trying to dictate a red colour scheme, while she is thinking of Teal. She's 'strong' enough to go with what she wants, thank goodness and has an eye on the budget.

They had a brief chat with the team from the CoE Diocese as they weren't getting very far with the Vicar opp norf. The Canon is going to remember them in prayers in the Cathedral on their wedding day . Ahhh.

DET, I'm pleased that your visitors arrived and made it to the wedding show. I think Teal sounds lovely and I hope she stands her ground. It is her wedding, after all :-) :-)
I hope they get the church issue resolved. Is that because they are living out of the diocese?

Bedding dry and ironed, just the curtains to iron now, but needed a break.

The weather is absolutely lovely here today, so I am pondering whether to lift the boxes out of the shed so that I can get to the mower :-S :-S I just fancy doing the small piece at the back where my washing line is, as my eye candy will be coming a week tomorrow, weather permitting, to cut the rest. It has shot up and as I don't have any goats, sheep or horses, the mower is a must.

I have to get everything done and be sitting down in time to watch Downton!! That is my treat for today :-D :-D
