evening all
i was just busy last night catching up a memeber of staff left yesterday to go to another location so we had a tea party for her then i needed to catch up on notes ,NVQ stuff and also the gosip like PC DET they like to find out what has been going on too
it has been a nice day here though the promised weather is not too welcome think we may be on the edge of it all but just put all the stuff in the garden away just in case its now too wet to do the grass so will have to survive til next year now.

I have just looked at our local forecast for Monday and there is no weather warning for us. It will be wet and windy though. I don't take much notice of the forecasts I just stick my nose out of the door ;-) :-D :-D :-D

It turned into a lovely day today after all that rain overnight and this morning. I even washed the vertical blind slats and they are back in situ :-D :-D

We don't have a good forecast for Monday, very wet and windy, but I am happy to share with everyone. Don't all rush at once to pm me :-D :-D

Morning all ,sleep shift again today ,did a swap as a favour for a colleague . never know when we need them ourselves
its mild but wet out there again my nose made it to the bin ,A has a week offthis week so he will be hanging around here for the most part as will gf .
well at least i get an extra hour in bed tonight if i can set all their body clocks lol

DET is having PC problems at the moment so hopefully she will sort it soon.

Following a Rick Stein recipe for a fish curry, just prepping. It calls for nine chillies in the curry paste :-0

Oh well, I'll follow the recipe, but I may be 'otherwise engaged' tomorrow ;-)

I have been busy with the man with the wardrobes this morning and his partner (before any comments are made!!), then did food shopping and went to see youngest gd as it is her birthday tomorrow.

I only stayed for a couple of hours. R was ok, but dil virtually ignored me. I have to go again next Saturday for eldest gd's birthday. I think I have definitely blotched my copy book and I don't give a stuff about what she thinks, but I hate being excluded on their actual birthdays. Little one is having a family party tomorrow, as usual, and for some reason it really got to me today and I just managed to get to the car after saying goodbye before the tears came. :-( :-(

Oh well, feet up tonight with the tv and some 'me' time :-)

9 Chillies aw gawsh I know we have been threatened Gale force winds but I did not know they were to be supplied by CT. ;-) :-D :-D :-D.

Oh Dear YG how rotten to be excluded. :-(

I have been out in the garden and cleared everything away that is likely to move and weighted down the recycling boxes. It saves a job tomorrow as I have ironing to do and hope, apart from that, to have a reasonably lazy day as I am back at work on Monday.

It is what is know as Batten down the Hatches YG ;-). We still have not bad weather warning for this area so fingers crossed. It is a bit breezy outside but nothing drastic. Until CT has that curry that is :-D :-D :-D

We are right on the edge of it, LG, so I am hoping that we miss the worst :-( :-(

I do hope so YG. I don't have to worry about stuff in my garden as it is so enclosed I do not have a problem with the wind.
