Had a phone call from BM last night, to 'see how we were'. Actually he wanted to know if we could get our ladder round to his as the winds have knocked his Sky dish out of line and its a 3 week wait unitl they can get someone out to them. Diddums (no we can't and it would be difficult to realign manually. :-D )

Not sure what we are doing today, daughter is only here until Thursday, OH has taken the car to work and it's dark, wet and miserable. Half an hour ago it was lovely, and I had lots of rainbows all around the room from the crystals hanging up in the window. They are hung a bit too high to catch the sun in the summer.

Whilst it was sunny something caught me eye outside - lots of bluebottles. The garden / food compost bins have been emptied today so I wondered if they have been released from a neighbour's bin. Yuk :-0

Half term activities never change. Even at 23 years old she has gone out and left me to clean up after our pumpkin carving :-P

Thoroughly enjoyed it though, wouldn't have missed it for the world :-D

I haven't bought anything for Halloween. There are very few children round here now and the gds are away, so I resisted temptation, otherwise I would have to eat the treats!!

No Way, I do not celebrate it at all and I do not believe in begging from door to door. YAL will be indoors the same as us too :-D :-D :-D

We didn't have trick or treat when I was young. There was Mischievous Night, but we never went door knocking and I don't like trick or treat at all. For some reason, I always feel threatened :-(

Same here YG. Littlies dress up but usually have a little party at home. They have been known to visit only their close friends houses and then invite them back for treats
