A quick visit as I have to go into town this morning for eldest gd's birthday pressie and also to look for some new bedding, so I think I will go on the bus, rather than struggle to find a parking space.

Good morning. It is nice to get up to a warm house. The boiler problem has been correctly diagnosed. Nothing to do with the boiler itself it was not one but 2 valve problems in the airing cupboard. We will be child free at lunch time as they don't go on Fridays now (don't ask :-| :-| :-| :-|)
