Morning all

When it comes to gardening, we’re the fair weather variety. :-D
OH’s contribution is ‘destruction’. He’s taken on the grass & loves wielding the secateurs, hedge trimmer & pruner. He’d buy a chain saw on a pole if he was allowed! Mind you, he does have to be supervised when he’s cutting-back/reshaping. Rather than taking a bit off then standing back to look, he’d massacre the poor thing in one go!

Not sure what we’ll be doing today. We’re spoilt for choice. The dreaded deep clean, gardening & watering, filing paperwork or looking at washing machines at the retail park.

What ever your plans, have a good one

Morning everyone :-)

Rather cloudy here at the moment, a bit like yesterday morning, although it turned into a lovely day eventually.

Another day of whatever is going on at the park, so there has been a constant stream of traffic since 8.30am. All is quiet now.

I need to go and do the food shop and then collect fur for the day as they have gone to Leeds to celebrate M's birthday.

Some ironing to do and I might cut the back lawn. That's my day :-D :-D

Afternoon Maz, I have loads of problems with ivy that comes over the fence from next door :-| :-| :-|. I have now resorted to weed killer to try and tame it :-D

I have no birds in the bit over my side so no problems there. I do have some nests in the shrubs at the other end so I will leave those well alone for now :-)

If you’re after pernicious weeds, we can throw Ground Elder into the mix? :-D

YG, did the Earth move for you last night? Been reading about a 3.9 mag earthquake centered at Hull but felt as far away as Ripon & Sheffield!

YG Report 10 Jun 2018 18:58

Evening everyone :-)

Have we all been busy in the garden today enjoying the lovely weather?

I have cut the two back lawns and cleaned the inside of the car while fur sat in the garden watching me. Showered and refreshed and just taken fur home. The family will be back shortly, so she will be fine. Now I have to cook dinner and then put my feet up :-D :-D

Mazfromnorf Report 10 Jun 2018 19:14
