Yg just come and sleep in the car outside the boys in blue are always at our place so when i am on a sleep set the broomstick with the satnav (you know the one we got when LG was on rest .) then you will not miss out .

I know the feeling mine is just the same although at the moment he is convalescing elsewhere and will be moving to a specialist bungalow very soon so we don't see much of him. He only comes occasionally to sort through his stuff and pack.

Morning all

Maz, you are an early bird. Have you always been like that or only since you started shift work? Out of interest, if you’re bulk cooking at the church/community hall, do you have to be inspected by the Councils Environmental Health (or whatever) dept? There was a newspaper article about ours local Sikh Temple. Because the daily food was prepared by volunteers, most of them weren’t aware of what should or shouldn’t be done.

David, a day of celebration not sadness. Think of the number of (mainly) happy years they had together. :-)
