I’d got up late, even for me, after a restless night. I’m certainly not ‘with it’ today. We did do our weekly shop, sans the neighbour thank goodness & had a light potter in the garden.
After a discussion re our lack of spontaneity, I’d tried to interest OH in a few days in York over the weekend. It was too spontaneous for him! Even if we dropped the parental social visits, we’ve something on, either their medical appointments or child minding, every week until the last week in July. Seize the day? If only!

Evening DET I can cook a full English but not first thing in the morning. We are tied up a lot this year so no break for us until August bank holiday when we have a race weekend booked. Can't miss that as it is the World championship
