where is the salmon ? its very good for you ,
Its warm in this office I am waiting for the disco bus to land then I can get finished for the evening and get a shower .,
I am not ready for the invasion ,I have washing to do, the bed to make ,I am also getting the oven cleaned tomorrow and there is a church meeting tomorrow evening lol
Mind you N is washing their clothes now and nowhere near packed so they wont land early and if they are late they will have to gate crash the meeting cos I have a new front door key .

I don't eat loads :-( :-( :-( Three days running is enough for me, but it has been quite refreshing in this warm weather. The fact that I had a packet of crisps with it rather undoes the good though :-D :-D :-D :-D

Oh LG, by the time they have hit the window, there will only be crumbs. I know what your aim is like!! I can't leave the window wide open or the neighbourhood cats will invite themselves in :-0 :-0

I am going to leave you now and hope for a reasonable amount of sleep tonight :-0

Sleep well :-) <3

Morning all

All this talk of oily fish! I quite like smoked mackerel, sardines etc, but they do stink the house out. You ‘enjoy’ the taste again & again when they repeat for several hours afterwards ;-) We should eat more fish in our diet but tend to forget to add it to the shopping list. Fresh salmon only goes in the basket when we spot a yellow sticker.

Apparently a few weeks ago, MiL served some with salad. She’d forgotten to cook it & couldn’t understand why FiL refused to eat it. :-\ :-0 OH wonders if she’d had an absent moment & assumed it was tinned.

Morning DET and David, Pilchards make lovely fishcakes in this household providing you can find a decent potato :-D :-D :-D. Salmon is always on our weekly list DET as we both love it. Got to get on now and do some unmentionables so have a good day and catch you later. :-)

Morning Maz.

It can’t help if the flats are still stuffy & sticky. It’s enough to make anyone tetchy. Mind you, it doesn’t take much to set off some of your clients!
Hope you can fit in a decent afternoon snooze <3

AnninGlos Report 19 Jul 2018 11:28

Morning all, my car is in for its MOT, OH took it down and came back on the bus to let me get on but we'll go together later to pick it up as the packing is done now.

We like fish, often have salmon (fresh cooked and left to go cold) with salad or hot with potatoes and veg or hot with rice and mushrooms. We also like sea bass, sea bream, cod cooked in the oven with veg in a tray bake. Like tinned fish too and love prawns, in a salad or curry.
