Hi, Been doing some tree climbing. You know how I am tracking OHs family well I have just found there is a distinct possibility there was another child in the family born before the first child I have listed. Found this through searching another tree which lists the birth and death and then cross referenced it in the BDM indexes. Interestingly the other tree does not have my info, including the OH. Poor dear he just isn't listed anywhere!!

Bit of a bother not being able to source birth certificates in this antiquated society. However in this case we might be able to because OH is directly related to this person.

Now on holidays. Off to a superannuation seminar today. Finding out how much money the govt will give me to retire. Sorta think it won't be sufficient to make me give up work just yet.

morning all I have a busy day here well morning so up and getting on the tiler is in the kitchen today , Shower room has tiles top to bottom grouting to be done today plumbers are back tomorrow .so I need to ask Andre w to pop in the next couple of days to see if they are OK and what is to be done .

Have you tried contacting the tree owner Auntie? They may have the BC or personal knowledge. I sometimes feel that in the UK, it is too easy to find out about people still alive. But on the other hand, so handy - lol

We made the most of the weather yesterday, especially as my right hand has been cut off. Went to BnQ for multipurpose compost and some 'bits' for OH, walked along the River (bit chilly), coffee and a rummage in a charity shop for 2nd hand books. Apart from a hissy fit to BT, not sure what else we will do. Tomatoe plants are not quite large enought to re-pot for outside, but there is probably something else I can find to do.

It might be an Australian glitch however the "A" web site is currently unavailable. Well the tree is not available. I have been struggling with saving things and moving about the site for a couple of hours and now I can not find my tree. Looks like I'll have to watch TV, drink milo and eat chocolate for the rest of the evening.

DET what on earth does this sentence mean "We made the most of the weather yesterday, especially as my right hand has been cut off." Is it a Pommy euphemism (and I had to look up that spelling) for something us Aussies wouldn't understand, have you lost something very useful, or have you done yourself an injury.

Superannuation open day thingy was quite useful. Nice food!!! I have made an appointment in a couple of months to have an interview with a "person who knows and understands what elderly ladies should do with their superannuation when they reach advanced years", expert. One shouldn't rush into these things.

Lol @ Auntie - being a lady of leisure (most of the time) and a FH obsessive, most my time I'm in the Internet. With the slow speeds, its like having my right hand cut off - lol
