Morning all - Hope you had a better night's sleep Maz. Won't the council noise people do anything? I thought they could confiscate music making equipment if it was continually played too loud. If your considerate neighbours join together, won't it have more effect and make the authorities (and landlord) realise that it isn't one 'sensitive soul' complaining?

Ooooo Maz, visit the chip shop and the deli for me. 1 Haddock and chips and then a large chunk of Coverdale cheese and a piece of chicken and ham pie :-D :-D :-D. I would love to be there again such a pretty place and oh what a castle.

Yes, it turned out ok and we came out with a really good report. All courses passed and just a couple of queries. My new boss has sent an e-mail to one of the directors commending my work!! Pity it won't mean a payrise lol!

morning all ,It was better last night but I was tired I was out all day so that made a difference too the disturbance is banging Doors , Cars a trucks tooting instead of using door bells ,Mending cars and bikes during the night ,Dragging metal about ,shouting at each other in the early hours . Loud telly which they do turn down when i turn mine up lol
I didnt go to the chip shop LG we had cake and a cuppa in the market .and a Brymor ice cream .
I the went back to Froggies for a late pasta bake got the last bus back . Today I am taking a client on a bus for the first time for a trip out so I am only going into crook but if it works we can go further next time

Sounds as if next door's noise isn't totally their fault, if their visitors do the car tooting, and at least they do turn down their TV when they realise. Do you think it is the resident offspring causing the problems rather than the parents? Can't be nice for them either.

Do you lot have this new craze called "planking"? It is where people balance themselves face down on the most ridiculous things. A few people have lost their jobs for doing it at work. And a couple have been killed falling off balconcies and window ledges or something.

If we have it here I would expect you would be familiar with it.

Raining here, not as bad as forecast. Carrots are growing well and the mandarins are almost ripe. Things what I thought were tulips are actually irises. Tulips have just poked up above the ground. End of garden report.

Crook is a small market town that is flat enough to walk around with clients and also near enough to get to within a visit .
most of the noise is teh neighbours There should only be two living there and that is what the lettng agency assure the owner however she has her partner there and step daughter and the noise is all of them as they dont sleep She is approachable but the others are not and He is in control

aunty we have a lot of falls at the moment in the area so maybe we do have planking here
