It's a bit like going to the dentist. The anticipation is usually worse than the execution and it is over fairly rapidly and you wonder what you were worried about before you went.

It is supposed to be good for you.

Don't quite know how that reasoning stacks up against the aches and pains caused by one gym session. Multipy that by a few times a week and you do start to worry the brain cells might be adversely affected by the continuous movement of non moveable parts of one's body.

Afternoon - coincidentally, OH picked up a leaflet when he was let out shopping by himself yesterday. Their calculation suggested it would pay for itself in 12 years.

NB - he forgot the chicken stock cubes and shaving cream, but came back with a packet of chocolate hobnobs, a hot chocolate fudge cake (he has been hankering for one for weeks) and 8 brioche rolls with chocolate chips in -lol

Off out to get my own back - see ya!

Waaaaaaaaaaah!!!!

I am having an atrociously horrible morning.
Everything I touch turns to muck.
My virus scanner has reduced itself to a white square on my desktop.
The support centre were not supportive.
They suggested I clear my internet cache. Which I did.
And now I've had to log into all my sites again.
And my keyboard is dying.
Well I have to type very precisely like this or the letters do not come out on the screen.
If I try fast typing I do a line and look up and the screen is blank.

I suppose it is probably a virus because the (bother damn there it goes again) virus thingy is not up to date. However I will be chucking this keyboard out the window.
Aunty grabs the catapult and puts keyboard in basket. Open the window at Nut Lodge. Sweetpea and Gizmo can have this to play with.
Keyboard is the first thing on my shopping list this morning. Forget the food this is more important.

Did not get to do fitness last night. Evidently I neglected to book in for the session. Rocked up there and was told sorry you did not book in. They were probably surprised by the look of delight on my face. However, next week I am booked in.

Off now to go shopping for a new keyboard. Does anyone know what colours they come in these days. The one I have was second hand from Noah on the Ark.

ASLEEP at 4 pm on a hot Friday afternoon. ARE YOU CRAZY :-D

AuntySherlock Report 11 Jun 2011 02:58

RMS. I can not help it if you are so far behind us. It is a freezsing cold Saturday morning here. I have done the shopping and am waiting to leave to go watch my team get beaten at the footy.

I have a new keyboard. Whooooo hooooooo.

It is wonderful when something does not work and you buy a new one and it turns out that you were correct in identifying the problem. Well I'd better wait before I start being too happy.

I will need to learn where all the keys are. Some of them are in different positions. No the alphabet keys are stil QWERTY which is a good thing.

By the way my OH's mate just called from Canada and spoke with OH for quite a long time. He said he had a $2 phone card which had lasted for ages .. Are your phone calls really that inexpensive over there. It costs us about 50c for a three minute call over here.

And what do you mean it is hot. It is winter. Hot is in December.

RockyMountainShy

RockyMountainShy Report 11 Jun 2011 04:10

It depends on what phone plan you have. When we didn't have a plan they were expensive, but the plan we have now is 4 cents a minute.

A 34 min call to my Dads cousin in England cost me $1.36 :-D

Cold is in December and hot is in June. You're not only on the wrong day, your seasons are mixed up too. :-\

AuntySherlock

AuntySherlock Report 11 Jun 2011 11:51

Heavens, I wonder if we can use your telephone provider here in Oz!!!

I have to admit my new keyboard is doing the same as the other keyboard.

I need to go look at the settings and see what has gone wrong.

My team lost. As expected.

It is freezing cold here. Get the catapult ready I'm coming over for some warmth and a few cheap phone calls.
