Morning to you YG you must have posted while I was typing :-D. Fingers are a bit slow this morning , that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it :-D :-D.

Morning DET. The cats are ok with fireworks if I hear them first and open the guest room door so that they can retreat under the bed.

They've probably gone into spasm at the thought of all that floorboard measuring ;-)

I can't get myself motivated this morning!! Will someone please give me a kick in the butt ;-) :-D

Did you know the word QANTAS is spelled without a "U". I noticed DET and a couple of others elsewhere on the boards put the "U" in.
It is an acronym which stands for Queensland and Northern Territory Aerial Service. There is no "U" in it. These days most people are also putting a well knowing "F" word in front of the name.

OH is staying overnight at Hay in the outback of NSW. He is heading home after accepting a ride with some of the other reunionists, who drove to the event. Very obliging of them to offer and I do hope he behaves himself. He should be home around 2.00 tomorrow afternoon.

This means I have another day of Spot sitting, and walking, and feeding, and watching. Not to worry, I can be versatile.

I hope you lot have warm weather because it is mighty cold over here. Temperature is hovering around 20 and the wind is from the south pole. I am sitting here in my warm jamas and dressing gown. And yes I am still sorting work work. It's like painting the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Start at one end, and by the time you reach the other end it is time to start back a the beginning again.

Sorry Aunty - Quantas it is. I suppose its because of pronunciation. Thought you'd finished that sorting yesterday!!! Apparently the temps are 5C above normal with quote T shirt weather. Hm, not sure it is that warm outside, but then I'm a chilly mortal. They guesstimate 16c locally. There has been an early blizzard on the US E coast, so things are definitely up the spout. I bet you'll be pleased when/if things settle down to normal.

Hope OH has a good ride. Oh, you of little faith - of course he will behave himself (snigger)

well my washing is dry .I took the clan out for lunch so we had a meal in a pub nearby .saved some work Cats are just about coping with a large chocolate labrador though she is going soon .then i will get the ironing done and more admin I have tomorrow off before starting on tuesday .I was given theree lots of chocs and two large bunches of flowers which have all survived apart from a box of chocs .the flowers are still lovely so have arranged them now i have a list of jobs to do but all achievable

My, you have been busy today Maz. Hope you enjoyed having all the offspring together and that the puddy tatts survived the attentions of the doggy. He probably tried to lick them to death! Glad A was able to resist the draw of the chocolates (well, most of them)

I bet LG has to drive or be driven to the hospital after an unfortunate accident with the floor boards. Either that, or they have sawed through the internet cable!

Evening all. Well we still have not finished the floor :-|. We were ages at the cash and carry this morning due to it being pay week :-P :-P,silly us forgot that. It always gets more packed at this time of the month! Still it was worth it we got some good bargains. I even got 2 more Xmas pressies. Sorry for those words YG :-D

I love the Borwnies deerly but when they share their colds with you it is tooooo much. :-(

And know my Daddy has one too, which is not good as we all know how old people react to colds

morning all a day of busy here cats are going mad FREEDOM LOL mad mutt has gone home lol however she is lovely and Smudge got braver and the food swapping won the day dog food is lovely when nicked likewise with catfood too lol
just cleared the room bedding in the wash my to do list is a long one I ned kenny to blow the rain away so i can dry all the towells and stuff
I have to ring for my shifts later .
