I am returneth from the torture chamber. I had wet stuff on my brow which stung when it dribbled into my eyes. Think it is called perspiration. Hard work fitness in this heat even with the aircon going.

Now it is my rest time so you throne huggers go hug something else so I can have some R&R on the throne. Aunty carefully deactivates the booby traps, puts her tired aching botty on the throne, and waits.

Wakey wakey the rest of you! A bright and crisp day out side, so Aunty had better be careful if she's found a virtual hole in reality to sneak over to the UK; That sweat will rather quickly freeze. With a 3 hour session at work work this afternoon, I'd better make sure I'm wearing layers - they turn the heating off 2 hours before the end of school :-(

Afternoon all, bloomin chilly here today especially this morning when I came back from aquacise with wet hair and no hat :-|

Bloomin' freezin here today. My car was still white over at lunch time as it was parked out of the sun. Couldn't get in the shed this morning for the de-icer as the lock had frozen, but it has had it's annual squirt of WD** now!!

I was already up this morning DET!! Had been at work for over an hour when you gave the alarm call!!

Morning all. I see throne renovations, singing practice, technical expertise, fourth dimension travel, and brain exercise are the go this morning. Of course I can read that paragraph DET, cut my teeth on those brain teasers. Not modest either am I.

Off to work work, really early. We have workmen on site today and they asked if they could start early because of the heat. Heat, weather, did I mention the blue skies, no wind, and sunshine. 37 degrees C forecast today. Might have to turn on the aircon later on.
