LOL You'll have to sneak down in the middle of the night to all kitted out with your SAS equipment Maddie. Then you may have a chance at the Throne!

Morning LG. Enjoy your 'busy' day with the unmentionable. I've overslept so there will be hell to pay when I have to get up 'early' tomorrow :-0

Hi everybody.

Haven't had time to read all the things I've missed but I see we have a usurper on the thread. You'll have to watch that Maddie, she's very sneaky :-)

Looks as though you escaped being called in then Maz!! Hope you got all the washing done :-)

Had the chiropodist here this teatime and made the mistake of mentioning a particularly painful toe!! Boy, oh boy, did he put me through it!! It is now bandaged for 24 hours! Still very painful if I catch it on anything :-(

Morning all. 21 degrees C here at 6.00 am. Very warm night. Cooler day today top temp is only 31 C. Tee Hee
Went to bed early last night. Very active day at work, work. I even skipped fitness so I will need to do that class tonight.

Spot went to the vet yesterday. The vet is delighted with his progress, as we are. Spot has lost ten kilos weight, his knee is healing beautifully, and he is responding to his thyroid treatment. The vet said he is also the only sabre toothed tiger he knows who has a rat's tail. He has lost most of his tail hair.

I am having my breakfast sitting on the throne this morning. Choof off the rest of you. It is mine, all mine!!! Chiropofootists. I do my own. Soak 'em, scrub 'em, trim 'em, oil 'em and massage 'em. Don't feel too bad once their done. I have truly awful feet with knobbly, crooked toes, and bunions but they really don't need professional care.

Evening LG, Mo and morning to Aunty!!

Ha-ha, I don't have bunions or crooked toes ............... just a couple of ingrown nails!! That is more than enough information about my feet now!!

Mo, how about installing a fire alarm in the throne room with a remote activation button!!

Mazfromnorf

Mazfromnorf Report 17 Jan 2012 21:02

thats one way to get the uniform lol

YG

YG Report 17 Jan 2012 21:19

lol Maz!! I hadn't thought about that, but what a good idea!! I was thinking about Mo being able to evacuate the throne room of any lurking species :-D :-D

LaGooner

LaGooner Report 17 Jan 2012 21:24

Hmmmph Can't even get any peace in my own personal throne room now :-| :-P :-D.I need somewhere to shut myself away sometimes :-(

SueMaid

SueMaid Report 17 Jan 2012 21:28

We all need that, LG - the problem is when your family feel they need to shut you away somewhere. Then you're in trouble :-D

Glorious morning here in my little part of Aus. Not 21C yet but warming up nicely. Just thought I'd rub that in ;-)

YG

Do I detect certain upside down people ganging up on us regarding the weather LG!!

Never mind, the tables will turn (well, at least the planet will lol!!) in a few months time ;-)

+++DetEcTive+++

+++DetEcTive+++ Report 17 Jan 2012 21:39

Now we've got Aunty AND SueMaid gloating over their warm weather . Grr. At least if it does snow, moans apart, we can swing a day off work - lol

Haven't been to the Chiropodist, but we have both made appointments with the optician, My last one apparently was 5 years ago. No wonder the print seems to be getting smaller. :-0

On a whim, we've been to the Pictures and watched the new Sherlock film, followed by a 'meal deal' at a Tapas Bar. Well, you have to live a little sometimes. There is a Jamie's Italian Kitchen in the same place, but its priced more as a special meal, than an everyday one. Perhaps another time once we get paid.

But do you have your snow, or is another summer drought in the offing???
