I am so glad we from down under read posts backwards. I knew exactly what Puss had in mind even before I saw her impressionistic depiction of a person's posterior. Where is Pauline when we need her. No, don't go there Pauline I have a vague suspicion that naked posteriors will be contrary to GR terms and conditions.

Thank you YG, you are in time, his birthday is today. He was suitably impressed with his gifts including a cookbook containing Australian recipes and handy hints from 1868 to 1950. I have warned him that if he serves up beetroot wine or baked echidna I will confiscate the book.

Well as soon as I sign off here I will be off to do the shopping, the washing, the tidying, some typing for OH, and then prepare his birthday tea. Night to you all. Sorry Aunty, we do not have snow. We are warming up over here now. Top temperature of 18.5 degrees yesterday and we're not out of winter yet!!

Well done Aunty with the crafty card. It must have been a very proffessional finish to have confused OH. That could be a side line for when you do eventually retire. You'll have to send us before and after photos once you have reached your goal weight. What a fantastic loss :-D

Hi Jane, Your first visit and not a soul here to welcome you. Off flitting around cyber space somewhere I would imagine. Welcome to the boards and in particular Nut Lodge, whoops sorry, Nut Castle.

No doubt LG and DET will introduce you to us when they return from whatever is keeping them. DET is probably locked in some inferior castle cellar trying out the refreshments, and LG is either out on her broomstick or watching some red and white clad fellows running from one end of a soccer field to the other trying to catch a ball without using their hands.

The rest of the gang are around somewhere, they just have to remember where at this time of the morning.

If you happen to run into DET and LG tell them I hope they are behaving themselves and not to hog the lappy so no one else can use it. Tell them to leave the pens on the desks, and if they find any useful information to make sure they bring it back to share with us.

Aunty is occasionally a little slow at this time of night on her side of the globe. I hope everything is going really well over there and you are all having fun!!!

well talking of Fish my puddy has brought home a koi carp lol i am hoping it was dead as it stinks the scales are everywhere
Got my washing dry today lol .

He's a naughty puddy Maz!! Must have been in someone's pond to get that!!

I am hoping he just found it and was a dead one YG cos it stunk and was stiff lol .we have a heron in the area .

Ah well, that's the culprit then!! We used to have a pond and a heron found us!! It used to sit on the garage roof looking over.

i hope it was an expensive meal though
