I have had it restyled, Kept it long but thinned out, long layers and the sides shaped. No colour though as I am going grey gracefully cos I can't be asked with the upkeep :-D

Mmm, sounds good. Easier to look after hopefully, too, unless you are going to start using straighteners!! :-D :-D

Thank you, yes I am feeling better. It must have been a one off, thank goodness. No one else in the family came down with it.

Having had a read up about Pauline's affliction, it really doesn't sound nice. I do hope 'they' can do something to help with the pain. Thank goodness her OH is normally at home to help out with the physical 'child' care. :-(

Am I OK? Yes of course I am. Doesn't everyone go to bed early because they are tired and then wake up at some ridiculous hour because the brain thinks it has had enough sleep. Add a little cramp to that just to liven up the scenario. Well I managed to finish off some work I had to do as well, so that is a bonus.

The comments about sleep ,and waking up at unearthly hours is so familiar too ,that i think i may have had a touch of clairvoyance this morning when i woke with a start and thought ,bu**er it ,i may as well get up you sure we arn't related A Sherlock ,lol.
Hope no one was looking at 3-30 am as i was sat outside on the patio ,jammies on ,with a cup of tea ,the cat on my lap ,oh what a gay life we lead :-D. Fred.

Well it's been another pleasant day, getting much better this afternoon. I have been a very busy girl again. Phew!!!!!! That's all I can say, as I am kna&$@@ed again!!!

Fred hasa secret weapon ,i have worked in the open air all my life ,the likes of working on factory roofs in Tain in Scotland in a foot of snow yet.
I make people cringe when i go shopping in January in shorts and body warmer .
This morning was quite balmy about 8c .,We tight assed Scot's ,[nearly anyway] ,are a hardy breed ,lol.Fred:-).

and while we were getting bits of snow, and shivering .................. those parts of Canada that usually are freezing and completely white even in March, were basking in temperatures of 25 and 26C :-0
