We never turn our CH controls off, although we do sometimes over-ride it off. If it comes on with the thermostat cos its chilly, so be it.

No - I haven't heard from Pauline off-board either. I'd assumed she couldn't sit for very long. If any one is in hospital, it could be another family member, if you get the drift......not that I have any inside information. if you do hear from her Marilyn, please let one of us know, by PM if necessary. Ta.

fred and all, if i find out the date of the sheffield one, can i let you all know, as from there i can go further north to see fred and my family, would be good if i could do it all within a few days, i will have my 3 and 2 and 6 month old doggies with me and we will all stay in our caravan, unless i can get my daughter to come and stay at mine a few days, would be a lot easier, i dont like kennels they make me sleep on the floor :-0 xx

Good investment double glazing.
I live half a mile from a motor way,just over a hundred yards from a railway line and I'm on the flight path to the local airport;
Can't hear a thing.
