Mr friend is going to Cuba, which is where we made the first guess, as her partner is very keen to go there! Still, it is a lovely birthday present. Two weeks consisting of three days in Havana and the remainder in Guardalavaca. I'm sooooo jealous, except for the long flight, which I wouldn't enjoy nowadays. Four hours is more than enough for me!! :-D :-D

I am in a lazy mood now lol My bus goes at 6.50 in morning to catch an early train

We all go through phases with hobbies as our interest waxes and wanes or real life events get it in the way. Perhpas with her winter months fast approaching, Aunty might feel like occassionally posting again?

Not a lot on the calender for today, although we do have to go out to get a present.

Cuba for a holiday sounds very exotic. Like YG, we've had our fill of Long Haul flights, and about 4 hours is as far as we want to go. If we could afford First or even club class, it might be different. As it stands, we are trying to avoid charter or budget airlines (shudder) but may have to accept the inevitable.

Life gets in the way DET NEVER!!!! :-| :-|. It most certainly is around here at the moment :-P

Another gloomy day here with a horrible fine drizzle. I have been out and about for a while and I am feeling exceedingly damp :-|
