I have just managed to get some salad items there has been none available in this area since sat Its silly i am going to do a roast beef salad later for tea

That's really bad Maz. Didn't they look at the forecast and anticipate the demand??

Not sure what we will be eating - it's OH's turn :-D

Earlier I brought in the cushions from the garden chairs...now the sun is out again. Oh well, better safe than sorry.

all grass is cut , floors are washed washing is folded and ironed ,i do need to cut the edges but I am getting a break from the heat for a little while

Cor blimey, it's been bloomin' hot oop norf today!! Really got me down at lunchtime when I had to nip to the local supermarket. The steering wheel was hot and sweat was running down the back of my neck!!!

It has turned cloudy, but the heat is oppresive. Wish we could have a thunderstorm up here to cool off a little!!

Chicken thighs, I thought you had rather shapely legs YG ;-) ;-) :-D. We had a bit of a storm his this afternoon but nothing to write home about. The little bit of rain we had just made it even more humid

It's lovely here, although it was cloudier this morning. Next couple of days not supposed to be good though. The garden will breather a sigh of relief, I'm sure! :-D

Was only supposed to be working this morning, but my oppo was off sick so was asked to cover for her this afternnoon. The Examining Boards Inspector was in this morning - lets hope we all get a good report

I am cross I have caught a family trying to pinch my Smudge he is so friendly and their kids want him so if I am not careful they are going to nick him .However I know where they live and he is a mummies boy so when i am out he will have to stay in .

Maz, you can have one of the cats that keeps coming in my garden. He is a fairly new addition to the area and a bloomin' nuisance. He keeps coming in the kitchen and pinching Duffy's food, even if I put it out of the way on the worktop. He can be rather aggresive too if I try to move the dish away from him. :-P

At least you know where this family live in case he does disappear, but I don't think he will go willingly. He knows where he is well off. :-D

cats are easily pursuaded the brats of kids want this cat I have just had a go at them ,they cant look after the kids so they are not having him

Evening alll. Bloomin cheek Maz, that happened to H and J's cat but it was an old woman who lived near them. Unfortunately she managed to entice the cat away but at least it is well fed and looked after.

morning well its grey but warm am packing my coat for work got the sleep today .
I am off friday but working sat and sun ,not sure after that then .I have the dentist before work so am getting my gear organised before hand just in case there is a hold up although i dont start til three it takes a while to get a bus and through Darlington when its busy

From the sound of it, they would probably leave a dooor open and he'll come wondering back if he was taken.

We went out for a meal last night as I couldn't be bothered to cook :-D Unfortuanately, that excuse can't be used too many times - lol
Today, I've been out, back, and off out again at lunch time. Happy Days.
