YG - I found some chicken wire to lay over the seeded area.............after catching sight of the flamming pidgeon stuffing itself twice today :-|
OH is probably going to have to re-seed it.

And the latest news from the garden? We bought and planted a Parsley plant last week. Went to pick a few leaves and its been cropped to about 2" to ground level. Some four footed felon must have decided to graze on it................but none of the other herbs have been touched.

Deffinately not a good growing year :-|

Must admit to falling asleep last night though :-| I had a really bad night on Sunday and I was like a zombie yesterday after managing 4 hours sleep. I nodded off and missed most of the programmes on tv, but I still slept well last night!! :-D :-D :-D

I will attempt to stay awake this evening until bedtime :-D :-D

cooee I have been to kids club then as my grass is now dry i have just cut it .so if big if there is a dry window tomorrow i will do the edges but at least it looks better .

It's not just me; PC is woken up at the same time.

Being near to the main B road, we frequently hear emergency vehicles rushing along, especially if we have the windows open. We guessed that something 'big' was happening yesterday due to the number of sirens. Today the news reports that a small family run jewelers in the Village had an armed robbery, only a few weeks after a smash and grab. We were in the village shortly after the SnG had happened - one of the windows was peeled back.
The news said the police managed to turn up while ithe armed robbery was still in progress and managed to catch the 2 teenagers after a chase. Good.
